Amazon Brand - Revly Workout Recovery Complex, 60 Softgels, 1 Month Supply

These work pretty well. They are a bit large, but still OK to swallow. I have noticed that I am less sore and more ready for a work out the next day since I started taking these. Overall, I really like how they are helping my body recover.

I'm not sure if these help or not, but they are SO LARGE. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, I recommend not buying this.

I am not an expert in recovery aids, but i have taken several different types over the years. I play a LOT of tennis and even have a ball machine that I work with a LOT so i can get really tired afterwards. This is a different type of recovery aid in that I think it's supposed to help with joints and bones after a workout. I'm more familiar with the recovery aids that help with muscle recovery so the next day I'm not so sore or tired. I'm a new 61 and though I feel much younger than my years, I now have to be aware of stress on my joints and bones and the length of my recovery time after a tough match or practice. I know Turmeric is super good for joints and many other things and I have been taking it for a couple of years in a form called, "Golden Paste" (please Google it). The other ingredients I'm not all that knowledgeable about but should help. I've taken 2 gel caps, as directed, after a workout but I can't really tell if my joints feel better since they feel fine anyway. But I can say that these gel caps don't make my stomach upset and I have to be very careful about what I eat or drink lest I get some severe gastric distress going.

I almost gave this 4 stars, but eventually gave this 5 stars as it has been literally the only thing that has decreased the amount of armpit pain that I've been having (suspect it was due to taking too much arginine which increase the viral load in my lymph nodes, but not 100% sure on that diagnosis). I took this supplement for about a week. This set of herbs has a set of properties which can help the brain, circulation, anti-microbial/viral, digestive, inflammation, etc. Why they decided to market this as a workout recovery complex, I don't know. All these herbs have a good set of properties on them, but other than overall health aid or improvement in circulation/brain/inflammation etc, I'm not sure that it has a good focus in terms of marketing.There are some questions on the country of origin of these herbs though. If they originate from China and/or Indian, then these herbs might not be as good as they could be if they were grown in certain other countries. There is also no organic label on this label which might indicate pesticide use.

I really wanted this product to supplement my post workout recovery and I tried it three times by choked it back up every time.

The only food that has ever substantially helped with workout recovery was this stupid expensive cherry extract some company was putting out. Then it disappeared. This product had no noticeable results. Though I wanted it to work good! Amazon makes great supplements--if you know the supplements work for you. If you don't know if they work for you, dont expect the amazon name alone to guarantee results. The name guarantees a good product at a good price but necessarily an effective one. I had no ill effects from taking this. So thats a plus!

These supplements are great for fibromyalgia. These are anti inflammatory and reduce overall muscle pain. It is not a miracle cure but it does help. Easy to swallow capsules. I took with food.

This contains a good mix of a variety of supplements, many of which have been shown to reduce inflammation. For example, I've been taking turmeric for years and have found it to be a side effect-free way to help deal with arthritis pain and inflammation. These pills incorporate not only turmeric but a variety of other herbal/supplement ingredients, such as Holy Basil, that also address inflammation-related issues. Unfortunately, the concentration is so low that, for me, there was very little benefit. Additionally, there does not appear to be any black pepper included, which is necessary for good bioavailability of turmeric.On the plus side, the caps are easy to take and produced zero stomach issues. In face, the inclusion of ginger helps to settle my stomach.While the ingredient list is good and it's an convenient way to get multiple supplements in a single capsule, the overall value is just average compared with getting more targeted supplements that provide a higher, more effective dosage level.
