These are excellent dogging keys! If I had bought the correct size, I am sure that they would have lasted the duration of the building that we were using it in.

I find that over time the hex keys get worn down and aren't as efficient at locking/unlocking the crash bar on exit doors. It was great to find these on Amazon. Plus fast delivery, in stock, and low cost.

Double check the size of the set screw in the door. Was unaware that all door crash bars are not the same size. I like this is longer than what came with the door.

Not true to size. Wedged in socket. Tried several keys in several different sockets.

Bought these for our commercial doors, they are completely useless. The metal is so soft, they round off after just a handful of uses.Maybe good in an emergency or as a backup, but don't expect these to last for any type of regular use.
