Consistency Important
This vitamin is amazing!!! I can't believe that after taking it for over 4 years my eye doctor told me my prescription for my nearsightedness has improved!!!He told me this two separate times. And I take it at least four times a week, sometimes 3. It's very easy to swallow and has no aftertaste or side effect on me. I would definitely recommend this product.

Doctors actually do recommend this.
I have friends with various eye problems like macular degeneration. I'm lucky and do not. However, both friend's doctors recommended Lutein to help. I figured if they recommended these for something like that then it can't hurt to take to prevent eye problems. I have been taking these for several years, I'm 70 and during my last check up the Doctor said my eyes were very healthy. Therefore, I'll keep taking these and recommending them.
