The drum was a little tough getting it into the printer. I had to wiggle it around to get it to fit. Also, the original drum seemed to lock in place once it was in but this one did not. All in all it has been printing excellent so far except recently I printed out about 50 pages in a row and the printer suddenly started to jam and make all sorts of creaking noises when I tried to print. I think it overheated and the paper kept jamming around the drum. I shut the printer off and removed the drum and let everything sit for about 15 minutes. When I put it back together and started printing again it was fine. This never happened with the original drum. The printer I have is an MFC 7360N. So as long as I don't do a big print job I'll be okay.Update 10/17/17: Just replaced the toner cartridge and now all printed pages are coming out with huge black bars running down the whole page. I tried another toner cartridge but it does the same thing. I cleaned the drum using the function in the menu and that works for a while but then it goes back to having huge black bars on every page. I believe the drum has failed and it is just out of warranty. I am going to contact the company and see what they say.Update 10/19/17 Contacted the company and received the new drum 10/19/17. Installed the drum and the printer is up and running again perfectly. This drum fit the printer with no problems. I think I may have just gotten a bad one from the start. Changing my 3 star rating to 5 now.

Worked like a charm, but needs better instructions. I took a while before I got it to work.

I have been unable to print since installing this aftermarket drum in my brother printer. Drum error light keeps coming on and printer will not print. Printer reset does not fix the error. This printer drum is likely missing a chip needed o make it Bluetooth readable.UPDATEDI finally purchased another replacement drum from a competitor. The minute I put the new one in it worked. I will not waste my money on this sellers product again.

I had been purchasing Brother products for my Brother printer. Their price for a new drum unit was ridiculous, so I took a chance on EZ Ink. It didn't seem as sturdy and was a noisier at first so I was a little concerned about my choice. However, I've been using it every day for a month now and it is just fine. I plan to try them for my next toner cartridge as well.

This worked perfectly on my Epson printer. When it said "REPLACE THE DRUMB", I had no idea it would be so cheap and easy!
