Trust me this is EXACTLY what ur looking for
I got a Honda accord 2000 and it’s basically my A to B car. Bluetooth works great. (They can’t hear your voice when your speaking on the phone) . Easy switch from radio to AUX to BT all you gotta do is click the corner button. It’s not that bright in the dark, I give it like 45% bright blue but it’s a cool type of blue. Also for the money it’s exactly what you are looking for because it’s not that fancy. It auto connects to my iPhone 13 so I have no problem with that. Quality of it is okay cause it’s just hard plastic but actually installing it is the problem. You just need to match each wire to each respected color wire( basically twist each metal part wire together. The metal part is in the wire itself your gonna need to cut) That’s the best advice I could give you tbh. Anyways radio is good, sounds great, you can even save radio station as favorites. Not bad purchase it’s the installing is the tough part so do it with someone who knows about old school car wiring 👍

Great value, works as it should.
Needed a replacement for an old BOSS radio. I was able to unhook the other one and plug this one right in. Works well, has Bluetooth and a remote with it. Comes with everything you need to install, including the wiring harness. The radio face can also come off for those using it in boats. I installed this in a golf cart.

Fantastic!
So I got this head unit to replace the stock one in my 1990 Ford F-250. It's an extended cab but only had the two speaker option including 2 speakers in the doors...6.5"ers, instead of the 4 speaker, with those, and two more 6x9's in the rear walls. I wanted a simple deck and figured I never use CD's anymore, and never use tapes..all I use is my MP3 player and the radio. So I bought this deck with the thought that I'd use a 2GB SD card I had to load all the music onto in folders and have my own MP3 player built into my truck. Wow, is all I can say. This unit is great. The price is low because there's way less moving parts and stuff than CD or Tape loaded decks but you still get the quality and power output of a higher priced deck. $35 and you get a true 50watts/ch, rca audio output, and a good looking radio. I also didn't want anything too flashy or bright, because I hate all the other decks that flash every color of the rainbow at you and give you a seizure while you're driving. It puts out enough power for my Polk Audio db651s's, and I have a FLI Audio sub hooked to it too and that works great. I've been using it since February and installed the sub in April, and so far I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have over 150 songs that I have in genre named folders. The only things I wish was that it had were a dedicated subwoofer control, so I could turn my main speakers bass down when I wanted the sub to really pump. A little higher volume, because on certain songs I have it at 40 with no distortion but I want higher. Also I wish I could change the displays little VW bug hah, because I drive a large diesel truck and that always confuses people. And finally, I wish you could see the backlit clock in the daytime. It's not a problem with dimmer, it just simply isn't visible in the daytime. All in all, great product, and all my friends who see it think it's awesome, simple to use, and want one for their trucks!

Best price for a decent SD-capable radio
I purchased this to achieve total freedom from CDs in my car, and I am really enjoying it now! This was my first time installing an aftermarket car radio, and installation was easy enough. However I had to try twice to find the right adapter kit for my car model...it's like the auto manufacturers make it ridiculously confusing on purpose. Sigh. This unit is perfect as a cheap yet fully functional radio. If you are serious about audio quality, or are picky about electronics interfaces, or are willing to spend more money, or want a unit with an above average power amplifier... this is probably not the unit for you. On the other hand if you really don't care a ton about those things, and just want a good basic unit at a value price, I would highly recommend this product (and I would not recommend going with anything even cheaper than this). I've had this for 1 year and it has shown no signs of early mortality. Seems robust enough. Other reviewers pointed out that it doesn't remember your volume level. This is a feature, not a bug: If you left the radio turned all the way up, your spouse probably doesn't want it to be that way when they start the car next time. When the volume is turned all the way up, it is about as loud as I would ever want it to be. It is not, however, loud enough to hurt my ears. So if you like to listen to your music really loud, you might not think this unit can get quite loud enough. But the amp power seems sufficient for average non-audiophiles. When playing from SD card, it DOES remember the song/position where you left off, and picks up from there when you start the car again...this was an important feature for me. Really the only feature this doesn't have, which does disappoint me, is ability to browse songs by folder. The only way to browse quickly is via the +10 and -10 buttons. But moving 10 tracks isn't very helpful when you really just want to find the first track on some other album. If you have a 16GB SD card completely full of music like I do, it's rather slow and painful to browse to an album at the end of the sequence. So this unit is better for those who want to play everything in order and don't care about skipping around. I definitely like my Blaupunkt Melbourne 120 a lot better (looks more classy, has folder browsing, interface and display are nicer), but it costs more than twice as much and doesn't do a whole lot more. So if you're looking for the best value for just simply playing SD cards... this radio can't be beat.

This looks like the stereo I was looking for
I just installed this stereo in my Nissan Sentra 03. This stereo works superb! Radio, Aux and SD cards works fine. USB doesn't take input, but charges my iPhone, but I'm okay with that. In fact, SD card thingy even remembers to start from where you last left (I've read many reviews where this feature doesn't work in other cheap stereos). I haven't created folders in my SD card so I don't know about folder navigation. The stereo has no off button as far as I could see, but I don't care, I Just turn the volume to 0. So the stereo feels excellent for a reasonable price. (Those who are interested to know something about the installation which doesnt necessarily concern the stereo performance but which you should know - esp if u have a Sentra! I had trouble finding help on youtube with this ;)). The stereo box doesnt have screwing holes (Sentra factory radio panels had brackets which screw onto the radio set which had these holes. The guy at the electronics shop told me all other "standard" shop stereos have them, but I don't know about that. So I had to jam this new stereo somehow. If I pull really hard, the stereo will come out of it's slot!. Also, I'd bought a sentra stereo panel from amazon, and I had to "expand" the installation panel's slot a bit (using hacksaw and pliers) so the stereo could go in. Also the inputs to the stereo and the car stereo wires are not directly adaptable. Meaning you can't just plug the car wires and the stereo wires and play. You've to buy adapter ($5) for your particular car, which has color coded wires. This adapter will join to your car's wires which feed the speakers. Then you cut off the adapter plug that comes with this stereo, expose the stereo's wires, and join them to the adapters' wires. This process is fairly easy if u have the wire cutter pliers, the adapter, and the butt connectors. To do all of this you'll need- Philips screw driver ($14) Torx star-shaped screw driver (esp if u have a sentra, I don't know about other cars) ($12) Wire cutters ($10) Pliers ($9) Butt connectors ($4) Hacksaw (depending on your whether your car's installation kit panel needs trimming) It took me 4 hrs to do all of this. I din't mind doing it, and I also saved around $85-ish which otherwise would've gone towards the installation charges. If you think you're interested in installing yourself, go for it! Else go to your auto shop to get it fixed. Your choice. Hope this helps

Cheap but Functional.
Before going too far with this review, I think it's important to keep in mind that this is a cheap car MP3 player. Hold onto that thought, and adjust your expectations accordingly. If installed correctly, it'll work just fine as a radio; it picks up every local radio station that my old unit did, and the buttons are easy to program. The USB and memory card readers are easy to use, and in no time you'll have your music library at your fingertips. The sound presets will most likely be fine for stock speakers, making this an easy drop-in replacement if your old radio took a nose-dive. If you're like me and only use optical media for your vehicle (nothing else in the house except for my computer uses discs anymore), you'll like not having CDs scattered all over the place. It really is nice! That said, accessing a specific album or song from your memory card is going to take a lot of scrolling. While it does recognize MP3 tags and will display whatever's playing, it won't give you the full title information. Keep this in mind if you're a diverse music listener and have plans of putting everything you own on one card to have with you--you're going to have fun finding something that matches your mood while also fighting through traffic. You're best off creating mixes tailored to whatever you're doing and the company you'll be keeping: a Sinatra fan most likely won't enjoy listening to you scrolling through your Metallica and Testament collection as you stab around looking for some swing. Since memory cards are erasable and you can transfer music to your heart's content without buying new media, adjust your expectations accordingly and plan ahead. I have run into the occasional issue of files not playing correctly and distorting, only to play through just fine if I repeat that specific track. I'm hesitant to blame this stereo, since it could be a quirk with the media I'm using. It does sound like a buffering issue, so I bring it up in all fairness to those who may encounter it. Having said that, it is a rare thing to have to deal with, and I doubt it'll send many people into a rage if they experience the same thing. It's a cheap stereo. It's also a decent purchase for the money invested. If that's all you're looking for and everything I said above doesn't bother you, you'll likely be satisfied with your purchase. I am.

Unexpectedly Great!!
Before buying this unit I spent some time searching and reading reviews about various products then I decided to go with this unit not because was the cheaper but because was the one with strange-mixed reviews. Some were highly positive some defined the unit as a cheap of plastic, some others said that was heating a lot, some were saying that the volume was resetting at each startup, some other said it never turned on, others said that the manual was not comprehensible, someone said that there were hisses/noises/static sounds... ... so now it's time for my review. Note that I gave to this product 5 stars because to me we are talking about a Great Great Great Great product for the paid price but it's also important to specify my set-up: 1997 Town & Country LXi with Infinity Sound System - I am sure that the Infinity AMP is contributing! Initial Note: I don't usually read manuals as I am quite expert on how to install this kind of units as I always changed them in my cars and but this time I read it just to see if was really not understandable as many people said: I got surprised it was in a good plain english!! Just 2 dyslexic-words but was ok! Another positive note goes to Amazon itself as I received my order 6 days earlier also if I live in a remote place of this Planet.. but let's continue with the review... As the specs say, an AMP is not required but highly recommended: I agree. With an AMP the sounds doesn't feel cheap at all. Once I got it connected manually and got the AMP to turn On - notice that the instructions all around the web are wrong, to let the Infinity AMP to turn ON you have to connect the AMP cable (green-black) with the TWO GROUND CABLES (black from the unit with black-green AMP and Silver stripe all together) and NOT with the BLUE External Antenna one - I had to lower the volume and to bring down basses to 0. Then I just turn on the Loud to on and moved treeble to +5 for a crispy and warm sound. This unit has also an EQ but I left it at OFF as it was just muffling the sound: Too much basses. Believe me OFF, Bass to 0 and +5 Treeble do the magic! Radio works flawlessly without hiss/noise - The VOLUME doesn't GO up or down if the signal strength change, at least it's not different from the Infinity Stock Radio. SD Card works immediately, just put one inside and switched automatically to SD and start to play. - Also there, no noises or hisses. USB Thumb Drive - Connected and as it was a 8 gb one full of other things other than music it took a bit more of time to prescan the content of the thumb drive but once done a pleasure for my ears was the result! AUX - That's tricky, as people may think that you can connect your iPod/iPhone and you may able to control it from the unit: WRONG - But.. it works good too. I am really baffled, because I was not expecting such quality, I don't know if it's the Infinity doing most of the magic but I can tell you that the unit sounds much better than the stock Crysler's one. I am not having issues it just works! The installation was a bit of a pain but the problem there is not the unit itself, the problem is the dashboard. The Radio cable is too short as well it's not well explained how to connect the AMP to turn on. However... if you have a Town & Country, Caravan, or whatever car with an AMP/Infinity... follow my advice and buy this unit because you will get premium sound for a really low price! My Test: Pearl Jam: Ten - Aerosmith: Essentials Disc 1/2 - Deep Purple: Made in Japan and lot of Classic Music. I want to add something else here: This unit is a mechless one, means that there is no mechanic involved hence no DISK player, the quality of the music is all up to your library. If you have badly ripped disc to MP3 they will sound bad, if you have high quality mp3s they will play perfectly. Do not blame the unit if your mp3s are bad quality, the fact that they play well on your phone doesn't means that are good quality. The speaker of a mobile phone, also if it's a flagship/high end, tend to cover many issues and cannot be compared with a stereo set of speakers!

Does what is asked of it, mostly.
My old 20 GB fourth-generation iPod has long been my primary source of music in the car, and I have an equally old and long-discontinued Newer Technology combination charger/FM transmitter (fixed on 87.9) for it that worked beautifully...until two weeks ago. Instead of conducting a futile search for another one, I decided to replace the factory stereo in my 2005 Sonata with something that offered an AUX input and USB charging for as little out of pocket as possible, and didn't really care about any other features. The AUX input works beautifully; unfortunately, with this particular iPod, the USB charging does not. The iPod goes into sync/"Do not disconnect" mode as soon as it is plugged in, which does not allow any music to be played or even selected. My iPhone 3G and my wife's sixth-generation iPod nano do not exhibit this behavior and simply charge as expected, so I assume it must be an issue with vintage iPods. I ended up purchasing a USB car charger to take care of the iPod, and just use the stereo's USB port for iPhone charging as necessary. I haven't tested either USB or SD playback yet, but I may throw some children's songs on an old SD card for emergency use only. I also tested exactly one FM station that tends to be a bit spotty, and reception was better than the factory stereo. Installation was pretty painless overall thanks to a Metra 70-7301 wiring harness, but it does result in a rather large bundle of wires since this stereo also ships with an "intermediary" wiring harness to convert it from whatever non-standard connector is on the back. There was plenty of extra space behind the installed stereo since it is about half as deep as the factory stereo, however. I was able to reuse the Sonata's mounting brackets, and had to remove the stereo's outer plastic trim and metal sleeve for it to fit properly. The width of this stereo's face was perfect, but its height was about 1/8" shorter than the factory stereo, creating a small gap between the stereo and the storage shelf that was easily filled in with some...uh...adhesive dark gray foam weather stripping. I'm not entirely proud of that, but it actually turned out quite well, and matches the storage shelf's color exactly. The only other minor annoyances I have with the stereo are the volume reset (as other reviews have stated, it always drops back down to 15, which is pretty low for the AUX input...I typically have it around 24-26 for the iPod) and the wasted real estate on the display (the completely unnecessary VW Beetle icon in particular), but I can live with both. All equipment and parts came in under $50 and took less than an hour to wire and install, and I'm pleased with it overall. UPDATE: Over one month later, I finally got around to testing an old 512 MB mini (not micro) SD card in a full-size adapter, and it plays just fine. I could do without the blinking "SD" and the constant scrolling of song information on the display, which is more than a little distracting, and also more than a little useless since it only scrolls the first 13 characters of each ID3 field (although I'm not sure if this is the fault of the radio or my ID3 tags). Also, the other reviewers who mention loading songs on the SD card in the order you want them to play are spot on. I made the mistake of renaming two tracks on the SD card, and those two now play out of order. Beyond that, everything still works, so I'm still pleased.
