Mine came with 2 keys but only one fits the lock. What is the other key for?

Both of the keys should fit the lock.

What's the difference between the various models? Which is most effective? Better locks, more sturdy, cost, 1 or 2 hooks? Pls advise!

In my opinion, all the Clubs are effective, sturdy, and the cost is not a factor if you are looking to protect your automotive investment. I have several variations of the Club and use or have used them all. Some weigh more than others and "feel" stronger and give you the sense they are safer, but as I have already said, ALL are good and effective. I have the twin hooks Club and use it mainly because it fits my steering wheel better due to the bulging airbag in the steering column. I tried using a conventional Club, but it just would not fit right, therefore the twin hooks model. Any Club that you purchase will serve the same purpose and give you that added sense of security. Keep in mind that I am NOT saying that this will completely prevent a theft or other regrettable incident from occurring, but the Club has given me an extra sense of protection. I personally feel very confident in using the Club.

Does this work for golf carts?

Dont buy it. I put the key in and it wouldnt come out. I went to O'reillys instead and talked to the clerk and got a cheaper better model that goes from brake to steering wheel& it works great!
