Not bad... but not that good either
I was attracted to these by the slashed price, good reviews and the 3 year warranty (earphones have never lasted me longer than 18 months so I expect I'll be using that!). When I tried them out I wouldn't say I was disappointed, the experience was just a bit... meh. On the positive side, the cable heroicly resists tangling, so no more unpicking knots. The multiple bud options ensures a reasonable fit no matter what your size you ear canals are. Sound wise it's quite warm without being muddy, and well balanced across the frequencies. The little clip for the cable pivots, which is a nice touch as it means it won't pull the cable around so much when you move, and you can clip it to the left or the right lapel. Altogether it seems like a solidly made piece of kit, maybe the most likely to last 3 years of any earphones I've used. However, (and now the negatives) with the good build quality comes some weight. These guys are heavy! You really need a good snug fit because gravity wants to pull them out of your ears. They're quite big too; you know you're wearing them. In order to get the fullest sound and the best fit I need to use the memory foam buds, but these are actually a little too tight to be comfortable. I can't imagine I'll ever drift off to sleep with these mustangs in my lugholes. The trade off with the cable's anti tangle feature is some stiffness, which means the cables don't quite hang naturally from your ears to the lapel clip - they kind of loop outwards or lollop around your neck, which takes a bit of getting used to. Fit wise you'll probably find some buds in there that work ok, although the arms are useless and the wings are just ludicrous. Still, my main interest is in the sound, and although it's well balanced and natural it's pretty narrow in terms of soundstage, the separation isn't great, and there's no real detail or sparkle there. I know they're cheap 'phones and this is to be expected, but the Soundmagic offerings are in a similar price bracket and they blow these out of the water (I wish I'd paid the extra few quid and got the E10s).So in conclusion, on the basis of the price and the warranty, I'd recommend these as a good backup pair, or an upgrade from your packaged buds if you're on a budget. If you want a lot more sound quality for just a little more money, check out Soundmagic.

Extremely impressed!
I've had these for a month now and absolutely love them; the sound, build quality and comfort of design is lovely. The copper shade is beautiful. They are supplied in nicely designed retail packaging, with extras including a pouch, shirt clip and spare silicon buds, in various sizes! These are incredible value, and highly recommended.

loud, robust and comfortable
These are the loudest ones I've tested and will be my choice for flights. They are metal and seem very robust, (I've only just got them - so time will tell). They also fit well and have a good selection of fitting options.I compared them with the Cresyn C510E and the highly rated SoundMAGIC E10. The SoundMAGIC E10 were a disappointment and the poorest of the 3 by a long way: very quiet in comparison to the others with a narrower dynamic range. The Cresyn C510E were very comfortable to wear and had the most detailed and pleasing sound but were a little quieter than the Zn30.For listening in a quiet environment the C510E is my first choice and in a loud environment the Zn30 gets the prize.

They have a good sound quality and decent bass though due to their weight, they work best with the mesh-like rubber attachments to help keep them in your ear. With this configuration I've found it a challenge to make them fall out. The wire looks good, can be clipped to your clothing and performs well at staying untangled. I'd choose a different colour to bronze if I were to buy again. What's worrying however is one of the small metal meshes covering the speaker came loose and fell off whilst having been treated with care. It worried me enough to purposely remove the other one as I wouldn't like to have it come loose whilst using them.

Fantastic
Brilliant earphones at a ridiculously cheap price, it honestly is well worth at least three times what you pay for it, though I suppose the price is part of FSL's ethos (they apparently aim to build quality at a much cheaper designer price and in this I think they definitely succeeded). I've had the SoundMagic E10's and I think these are definitely better, comparable to other earphones in the past where I paid over £100 for them in fact! It's got a pretty simple design but its very nice to look at, you can definitely tell its not your average skull candy cheap earphones, it's very slick and professional looking. It comes with great freebies as well. Providing a case with it was a nice touch, its durable and does the job but it's really the extensive earpiece add ons that really impress. They come in all varieties and sizes to make sure everyone has a nice snug fit when they put them on. They even have ear hooks and ear fins to make them more secure (fantastic for when I go running with them).Overall it's a neat pair of earphones, good sound and even better price. If you're researching and reading other reviews for other earphones (as I did) I'd say don't hesitate with these and buy them. There are worse things to spend £20 on after all.

A great pair of headphones
I've had problems with the fit of many in ear headphones (despite most of these having plenty of buds options). The default ones of these fitted perfectly. The sound is extremely clear and well balanced. It's not mega bass heavy but the sounds is great in my opinion. I had a way more expensive set of in ears that recently bit the dust (after just over a year) and didn't feel I could justify spending that much again. Got to say I'm really happy with these.

Good to carry around for daily use
I've had these earphones for over a year now and they are still functioning properly. The hard carry case is the perfect size to keep in my bag offering good protection - I think using the case is probably one of the main reasons they have lasted this long. Happy with the sound as well - so the purchase was great value for money!
