Source NaturalsB-125, 125 mg B-Vitamins for Energy Production Support - 90 Tablets

I've been using Source Naturals for many years. So when my wife's OBGYN recommended she get on a B complex vitamin, I went with Source Naturals. After two years she told me she didn't feel like they were helping. While doing more research I realized they're using synthetic B9 & B12.1. Flip the bottle and look at the Supplement Facts2. Find Folate (vitamin B9) and B123. Look at the formB9 - What you don't want....FolateFolic acid = synthetic, cheap, oxidized version of vitamin B9What you do want......Methylfolate (5-MTHF) = biologically active form of folate used by bodyB12 - What you don't want....Cyanocobalamin = synthetic, oxidized version of vitamin B12 that has to be converted in multiple steps to the active form of B12 and uses up nutrients in the processWhat you do want......Methylcobalamin = biologically active form of folate used by bodyI still think Source Naturals are better than many brands, but this is a fail in my opinion. Unfortunately, I've also seen they're using cheap fillers & synthetics in my multivitamin too. I'm considering switching brands even if it costs me more money. Don't take my word for this. Look it up and you'll see for yourself.

I have taken these for years, and I do like them, even though they are fairly large. I don't recall ever having taken a larger pill. Still, the size isn't the problem. The reason I am finally writing a review is due to what another reviewer mentioned, and that is the moisture. These tablets seem to soak up any moisture in the air. I keep them in the original bottle with extra desiccant packs to absorb moisture. As a sanity check, I keep this bottle of B-125 right next to my Source Naturals Hyaluronic Acid Joint Complex, but those Hyaluronic Acid tablets never get soft or spongy. They remain in their original state for as long as I have them, which has been 9 mo to a year.Anyhow, despite my efforts, the B-125s seem to always get a 'spongy' look and almost a rough texture to them, and I don't like the idea of sending 'sandpapery' objects down my GI tract. I've put up with it for too long and I'm looking for another B vitamin supplement. I like Source Naturals because they have a good reputation, and I take many of their other supplements. But this one, gets a thumbs down.

Choline is at its highest dose than any of the source naturals brands

I would like to give it 5, but they used some synthetic stuff (B12) in this one.... I didn't expect that from this brand. Disappointed.

One container lasts 6 months, lol. I keep my previous bottle to place some of the new tabs in; thereby, not opening the full container every day. Air is not friendly to these vitamins.B-Vitamins are good for neuropathy and other health issues.

These are great...Don't know why people are saying that they are wet, but I live in 98% humidity here in the south and mine are always dry....

Unlike most B-complexes, this one contains methylcobalmin B-12 instead of the cyanocobalmin B-12 you find in most multivitamins, which means it's much more potent. Good stuff.
