Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. I’m a month in and just ordered my second box and there has been a dramatic decrease in hot flashes at night and I haven’t woken up in a pool of sweat in a few weeks. I haven’t felt like I’ve had extreme brain fog like I was having previously, either. Sleeplessness is still a slight issue but I have more good nights than I had been, so I consider that a win. When my doctor reached out to see how I was doing, I told her that I felt so much better and that it might be the supplement working or it might be a placebo, but I don’t care because I was feeling so bad before. My symptoms are reduced so the point where I feel like myself again and that helps everyone in my family in the long run. I only have to take one pill a day and the blister pack has the days of the week printed for each pill so you can keep track, which makes it so easy to use. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and also at night and can’t really tell any difference in which works better for me. I did a bit of research on other supplements and also looked up the pricing for Estroven Complete at other retailers online and locally and Amazon had the best value for the money. I’ve now subscribed so I can have it delivered every month so I’m not without it even for a day. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. I was suffering with hot flashes like I was sitting in the bowels of hell next to Beelzebub himself. There were days they were coming every hour on the hour. Horrible stop you in your tracks, full body internal heat waves. Insomnia, body aches, hot flashes. I had the whole lottery of menopause. I was so sceptical of any meds or supplements putting a dent in my suffering. Based on the reviews, I was like what the heck, I'll try anything, chanting, rituals, exorcism. Some reviews said it took up to 28 days to see any progress or relief. 2 weeks, it took 2 weeks for me. My husband noticed right away. He said your mood is better. I'm not drenching the bed in sweat. I'm not tossing and turning all night. My hot flashes are super noticabley milder. I'm into my 2nd order of 28 pills. Will definitely be keeping the supply coming. UPDATE:. I will be going into my 3rd month on Estroven. There have been no changes in hot flashes. Still get a few very mild ones that last seconds. I haven't had the courage to stop taking the Estroven to see if the menopause symptoms come back as another reviewer did. UPDATE:. It just stopped working. Hot flashes are back. Still taking it. Don't know why it seemed to work and now it doesn't. After months of relief and now sol.

I am a 40 year old African American female that recently entered menopause early on in life due to my partial hysterectomy. Upon my first symptoms I noticed a yellowish liquid like fluid that flowed out my vaginal area and I literally started feeling like a easy bake oven every hour and I was losing my freaking mind along in the process cause looking at Google will have you diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on your way out of here and that’s not to be taken lightly. Anyhoo. My doctor after one look said you’re starting menopause due to vaginal discoloration and also the pain that I complain of from time to time. She prescribed me estridol and I was reluctant to take it after seeing the side effects and the longevity of the medication itself. So I started my own research and came across this gem!!! I read other reviews that stated that women had stories like mine and it worked. I swear after 2 weeks I was praising LORD that there is relief. Before a month No more drainage, discomfort and NO MORE SWEATING!!!! Fast forward to three months later. I got comfortable stop taking them here and there would turn into a week … why because I got comfortable with not having anymore symptoms. That was a big NO NO! Now I’m having regrets that did that. I started flashing and have moisture all the time down below. Now for my guy that a plus but it’s uncomfortable to be moist everyday all day down there. The flashes are unbearable but now that I’m taking it as described again the flashes that were persistent and constant are now far in between and spurts but still exist. I’m coming up on a month and still having symptoms where the initial time I was clear of all symptoms in less than 3-4 weeks. So moral to this review. Don’t get comfortable and miss days to Weeks you will have serious regret like myself. I hope I can get back to complete relief or I may have to look elsewhere or even started the prescribed medication. This sucks!! But I hope this helps!!!!

So far so good it’s only been a week. I started these for hot flashes at night because I am weaning off HRT. I like the fact you can take these with or without food. I havent had any digestive issues in addition to what I already have. The box came smashed but the tablets were in tact so I kept them and the expiration date was fine. If I start having hot flashes after I am completely weaned off HRT for a month I will have to reduce the stars.

I'm in perimenopause and it's a life saver. It works in 3 weeks. I saw a huge change with my cycle. It definitely improved my mood, shortened my period (I was having 2-week periods until recently), and my bleeding isn't heavy anymore. Definitely worth the low price that it is.

A scathing review about this product would be unfair, because it helps a lot of women... It just didn't work for me as far as hot flashes... I took the entire box as directed, and didn't see a difference at all... The frequency and intensity of hot flashes are exactly the same as usual. Menopause can be a very long, drawn out frustrating chapter in our lives for most women in one way or another. While some women barely have any symptoms at all. Estroven serves as just another tool to have in your arsenal of defense against whatever harmonal issues you may have that are considered as "common" . Maybe I need to take it a little longer than just one box... Perhaps. Lol

Perimenopause hit me hard and all of a sudden. I talked to my PCP about options to help and she suggested this. It takes a month to build up in the system before it starts to help with symptoms but once it does it is AMAZING!! No more hot flashes or night sweats and I am no longer angry at the world lol. I missed taking it for a week and those symptoms started to crop back up. Talk to your PCP to make sure you can take it and if so DO IT!!!!

Normally I don't write reviews unless it is a bad one 🤣 However, this worked so great I decided to go ahead. Took about a week to work. But, I'm so glad to say 12 days in & I haven't had a hot flash in days. I was having about 6 to 8 a day. So for me not to have one. Oh thank goodness. 👌 Buy it!!!

I liked that they were small and you only had to take one daily. But I had to stop after the third day because they gave me severe stomach cramps and constipation.
