Don't like to take medicine, prefer a more natural alternative and these work. I take 2 once a day and that usually does the trick. Would recommend.

Effective but not hip on how they produce them
This is extremely effective. I took 2 once a day for day 1, got a result. Took 2 twice a day on day 2 and I think I pooped food I hadn't even eaten yet.The one thing I don't like is how they make these. They are not gel coated, they are compressed. I didn't drink enough water and literally burped a supplement cloud. Drink a lot of fluid with these folks.
