Tried and True Thermal Paste
I've used Arctic Silver 5 for years, and it continues to be one of the most reliable thermal compounds out there. The 3.5g size with the included applicator tool is perfect for multiple builds or upgrades. The paste is easy to apply, spreads evenly, and doesn't dry out quickly like some lower-quality alternatives. After applying it to both a CPU and GPU, I saw a noticeable drop in temperatures—around 5–8°C improvement compared to stock thermal paste. The high-density polysynthetic silver formulation does an excellent job of transferring heat efficiently.Whether you're building a new rig or refreshing an old one, Arctic Silver 5 is a proven, high-performance choice that continues to deliver excellent results. Highly recommended for both beginners and seasoned PC builders!

Good pack, and ships to EU as well
The products in this pack usually don't ship to EU with its retailer so it's nice to have these here.It allows us to have these items in EU.For the thermal paste, I didn't really believe at first that I would win 10°C worth of heat out of my laptops. However, it turns out that in the end I won 6-7°C most of the time, so the laptop is cooler.I also fully cleaned all the fans & the metal grids of my laptop's copper heat sink. For the thermal paste remover, it was surprising. I didn't know that it could turn 2+ years-thick thermal paste into a soft & fluid removable compound.I'm not sure what the second bottle actually does, but I applied it anyway. The first one was very (very) useful for removing thermal paste that was accidentally all over the little CPU resistors when I lifted a laptop heat sink and quickly replaced it back on the CPU.Without thermal paste removers, one or two of these little (less than 1 millimeter) resistors would probably have been torn appart along with the thermal paste. So, it's a good pack. Worth it especially for EU.For US, perhaps might be available elsewhere in separate bigger bottles.

Works for years
Got a new tube as the old would have been over 5 years old. This paste works great had not changed it in over 6 years as live has been happening and I just forgot about it as my cpu been running great. My husband had pc problem so I decided to start with a good clean and a cpu re-paste. I have also used it on my GPUs and it still works great. I will keep using this. The paste applier helped greatly. This was the first time I used one and it cleans up really nice.

Does quite a good job just a little messy to say it frankly or as short as possible :)
I really like this product. But there's a little hesitation on my part from giving it the Excellent rating that I could potentially possibly give to a product in the thermal compound/cleaner combo. First, when I tried to push the ""injection"" ""needle"" into the cpu, it wouldn't come out, then long story short it all came out completely all at once, and that's only for the applicator. I didn't had to use the cleaner bottles (both bottles are cleaner bottles long story short), so I can't comment on them. However, despite all of this, it worked perfectly and I had no problem with them at all, so I would recommend it but only with the previous caveat. It may be a downer but it was there. I have to say that. And this product works as promised. In addition, it took some time for the product to arrive. To put it another way, it took AT LEAST 3 times as long for it to arrive than the CPU i7 that I ordered, that it came to the point that I wondered about the timing of it coming. Sincerely.. the reviewer.

Peace of mind
Used this on my last i5-2500 rig and it lasted for almost 10 years. Retired it before it died, it still works actually.Just used it again on the new i7-12700k and been almost 5 months and it's no hotter than the i5 rig ever got. Seems fine so far.Same thing I used on the older pc before the i5, and old AMD athlon iirc. That one... did have a CPU short but I pushed it well beyond it's operating specs (not OC'ing it, just keeping a heavy work load, ps2 emulation was what killed it I remember) for a long time. Never had that problem repeat, may have been the athlon or it's motherboard, it would instantly get so hot, I think the thermal paste simply wore out. But ran the i5 machine for sure from 2015-2022 when I retired it and this stuff was never changed once. May check a couple times a year from now on though and replace as necessary, now that I think back and remember that old athlon that died from overheat. Good stuff.

Excellent thermal paste with bonus tool.
I did some serious research before ordering this paste and had it compared to AS5, Diamond 7, Diamond 24, GC extreme, and a few others that the names escape me. This past tested to be better then AS5, and depending on situation swapped places with Diamond 7, and was within a 1c or less when it did test worse then Diamond 7. It was not as good as Diamond 24 or GC Extreme, but they were way more expesive then MX-4. And for the weight MX-4 was cheaper then all of the pastes mentioned. Yes I know you might be able to get AS5 for around $7 but it honestly looks like a clone and truely not the same as the real AS5.I put MX-4 on a GPU die and memory of a notebook GPU and the readings where much cooler the the stock paste and around 10c degrees below AS5 at idle. When testing at full utilization, the GPU whould hit 100c and with MX-4 it got to only 79-80c. The included tool made spreading the patse much easier then using a credit card or other hard plastic card. I know about the other methods of applying thermal paste but still prefer this method the best as I am sure it does cover the whole chip it is going on.I will be buying this from now on, or at least until Diamond 24 or GC Extreme comes down in price. I do know of the graphite cooling pad and will be trying it when I can, like for my own systems where I don't need to use as much thermal paste.
