My shoes not fit in my foot due to short size and shoes delivered on ten day replacement policy but item has not been replaced

Overall shoes are good sturdy. But grip is not good it's slippery on the watery area. Do not use in rain on the road. Comfort is ok ok because in soles are too tough size is good I bought 8 size.
