I have had type 2 diabetes for many years and even though I am on insulin and other blood sugar meditation I am always looking for non-prescription products that will help to stabilize my blood sugar readings. My ankles were swollen I started tay this and they went down within a week! I feel better!! I'm not saying not to take your meds but this help me.

Due to genetics, I am a diabetic candidate, so with a healthy diet and this supplement, my sugar level is currently normal.
