High spec Lock that has all the features that matter, I purchased this lock to replace the rubbish cheap Lock that was fitted to my Patio doors that are to the rear of my property.This lock was a doddle to fit & came complete with 3 keys.

After having a new UPVC back door fitted which came with a 3 star lock I did some research and decided to upgrade the front door too, if you have never changed on of these it's about as difficult as changing a lightbulb.Put the key in the lock, remove the holding screw from the side of the door and turn the key slightly to slide it out of the whole, put the new one in using the same method and put the holding screw back in.Great peace of mind upgrading the security for a low price,Top Tip: A lot of insurance companies ask what lock types you have, if they are all 3 star rated it normally means you get better insurance deals!

3 star rating, kite mark. Looks good, good reviews. Very easy to fit.The keys (3) are well cut. The quality depends on its ability to deter or prevent a burglary..Paid the money expect the 3 star standard.Yale give £1000, guarantee anti Bumping.

Was frustrated when first received the cyclinder (without any instructions) as it did not fit due to the 2 protruding bumps on it. However I received the same make of cylinder (different size) from a different supplier that came with installation instructions. These instructions showed that these bumps were not supposed to go inside the euro slot of the handle mechanism. So I followed the instructions and installed from exterior after removing the handle and it fitted perfectly. So as long as you have measured from the centre screw accurately and order the respective size, it all fits.Note to seller, please include instructions for installation.

Easy to install and now offers peace of mind on the security front

Very pleased with this lock. Gives me greater peace of mind with regards to the security of my property. Happy with the price I paid and quick delivery. One thing I would mention which may be helpful to others with older UPVC doors like mine - is the fitting. My existing lock did not have a fixing screw - just a hole where it goes. Took a quick search on the Internet to learn that some older doors do not have a fixing screw but a concealed Allen screw. Once I had removed this 2.5mm Allen screw fitting was a matter of minutes.
