I was searching for this cervical collar for a year. My doctor gave me a cervical collar six years ago, that is almost identical to this product. It is the same style and material, but it is two inches longer. I was using the old collar to sleep with, to help with the neck pain. Unfortunately, the additional two inches does not make it comfortable to sleep with. I will have to figure out how to shorten the collar.

I have bought this brand a few time, same product. When this one came, I noticed that the top of it was slightly yellow. So the colour is not even all around. Other than that, it is fine.

I have cervical osteoarthritis so my spine dr. recommended I wear it for support when sleeping. This cervical collar is just the right width for a person with an average length neck (as I'm a petite woman of 117 lbs). The foam provides enough support without being too stiff. I guess finding the right cervical collar is a lot like finding the right sleeping pillow or the right mattress! Product arrived well protected in bubble wrap in a shipping bag.
