Used this as the initial piece of jewellery for my p.a. and it did the job nicely; wider diameter avoiding pressure on the inside edge. Quality seems good, healed nicely with no infection as you would expect from surgical steel. One of the balls dropped off early on but seems that was because I hadn't tightened it sufficiently as didn't happen again.

I've straight up thrown this away! Clearly not surgical steel as after one night of wearing it my piercing started to become infected, even after sterilisation of barbell.

Item was ok. Had a slight issue with a loose ball but managed to sort it out with a little solder. You get what you pay for but I was not disappointed.

After loosing the balls after about 2 hours of putting it in I’m really disappointed. Both were tightened. Absolutely rubbish

ordered myself and my friend one (mines 8mm, hers was 10mm). no matter how much i screwed the ball on, it would just unscrew and wouldn’t tighten, i woke up with one of the balls missing (it fell off in my sleep). thinking that it was my fault i didn’t really mind, until my friend told me she had the same problem. hers kept unscrewing as well and she lost one of her horseshoe balls whilst in the shower. wouldn’t buy again ):

Had the horseshoe in less than 24hrs before the ball disappeared. To make it worse it was not on the side I had fastened.It looked cute whilst it was in.

Its nice and chunky, and got round to using it yet

They was 2 small I sent back now just waiting for a refund
