Our 90x190 bed arrived well before the expected date, well packed in cardboard and bubble wrap. Really pleased with this bed (although not yet slept on it). The inset legs make it perfect for our small room which has moulding around the skirting board so couldn't fit in a bed with legs right in the corners. Fitting the legs was easy and required no tools. Seems very sturdy. The slats have about a 6cm gap between them so should suit the John Lewis pocket sprung mattress we are getting. The rounded corners would make this a safe bed to have jutting out from the wall - no sharp corners to bang legs on.

This is a fantastic product! I really didn't expect it to be this good for the price but it's impressed me with how stable it is and my toddler loves it on her floor bed

we bought this for our adult daughter, we needed a bed to fit in the alcove and a regular single bed was about 2 cm to long, this bed fits exactly but a single mattress fits on it perfectly, she is 5'9" and says it is really comfortable and very sturdy. you only have to attach the legs when it arrives so very easy to set up and although there was a slightly longer delivery time, as I think it came from Italy, it actually arrived almost a week early. we highly recommend this bed.

The simplicity of the design almost hides how well put together this bed is. We needed something the right size to fit a small bedroom, but big enough for my 3yo to grow into. The bed is really well made, very solid, few elements to go wrong. The slats are good, solid wood, well integrated into the frame (no plastic clips, which from past experience end up crazing, splitting and the slats slide around), the frame being solidly jointed and decent gauge steel section. Putting together is something even my horrendous DIY skills couldn't get wrong. The legs screw in using chunky steel bolts, you don't even need a spanner, as the frame is slotted to hold the bolt head in place as you screw on the legs. Up in minutes, will last you years. I'm really happy with it!

It's very hard to find out the pros and cons of slatted bed bases v solid bases and this manufacturer provides no guidance about the advantages of its own products nor the differences between their two very similar but differently priced items. Some websites recommend covering the slats with a sheet of ply in order to prevent pinching the mattress but this seems to me to defeat the object of a slatted base by converting it to a solid base. Some slatted bases have totally rigid slats but the slats on the Evergreen product are very springy indeed which is exactly what I wanted and I have indeed laid a thin sheet of semi-rigid plastic insulation material over the central part of the bed base. The bed is a basic support for a mattress and it seems to be fairly well put together but it is not heavy duty by any stretch of the imagination and the durability of the slats remains to be seen - I can't see any way to replace any slat which might break.

Needed small single for son's boxroom that takes up minimal space. This looks great in his room. Nice and neat, decent clearance for the usual assortment of IKEA boxes. It doesn't squeak. Was very easy to set up and arrived quickly. I guess if not up against a wall, the mattress will slip off the base so you may need one of those mattress grippy things for underneath if that's important to you.

The bed was delivered superfast and packaged safely. Well made and easy to put legs on. It has been the best sleep, (plus a Silentnight mattress) sturdy and not a squeak! Really happy I chose this!

Bed frame is great and sturdy. Legs are easy to add on. Seems very good quality and comfortable. Also a bonus you don't have to assemble anything. BUT, if you stay in a flat that's not ground floor and you're not prepared to carry this upstairs yourself - get someone to help you. The delivery guys won't take it farther than outside their van. Also, if you order from the UK be prepared to get an addition import tax bill a month later - mine was £54. That was not a very pleasant surprise (as it's 1/3 of the frame's price) and I believe the seller should include the possibility of additional payments in the item description. I am not sure if I would have considered buying it if I would have known about the additional costs in advance as I was looking for the cheaper frame without buying flimsy crap.

Superblij met de complete set! Bedframe is van goede kwaliteit en matras ligt heerlijk. Ivm kleine kamer waar geen standaardbed van 90x200 in past heb ik me suf gezocht naar een bedframe met afmeting 85x190. Uiteindelijk hier bij Amazon.nl gevonden. Levering duurde iets langer maar uiteindelijk keurig geleverd en super blij mee. Ik heb onder het matras wel een antislip onderlegger geplaatst omdat de matras anders wegglijdt vanwege het ontbreken van een bedombouw. Kussen ligt trouwens ook heerlijk en die hebben we er gratis bij gekregen.

Wir sind zwar eine kleinere Familie aber das Bett hält alles aus vom Kind machen bis hin zum Kind selbst, auch der 6 jährige kann toben, springen. Solides Produkt ! Darunter ist auch sehr viel Platz welcher Klasse als Stauraum genutzt oder mit selbst gebastelten Kisten perfekt nach eigenem Geschmack Designt werden können
