i saw this and bought it immediately after checking measurements!! i knew there was a possibility of the hinges being wonky but am so glad i took the chance.the measurements are as described; both my cat and i can comfortably sit on it whether side by side or her on me cross-legged. it is padded and feels slightly firm as a footrest, but is very comfortable to sit on. the chocolate brown color is even prettier in person. i definitely recommend this as its quality easily justifies the affordable price!

Lounging on Spatial Ottoman
Excellent and entry of leg room for two people. Even sturdy enough for a 6 year old boy to jump up and down on and would definetly buy another one soon.
