Looked forward to using this. But (like some bulbs I bought) the app download included registration and handing over your phone number. They insist on sending a code for you to register - and they will not send it by email. Now, if the app is free: (a) why do you need to register and (b) why do they need your phone number? I would happily give an email (I use an anonymous one) but I am not handing over my phone number.

This is an extremely useful power strip. I was getting cluttered up with devices which are powered off USB plugs, and was hoping to automate some of my devices. So bought this.I had a Hive hub, several phone chargers and a PoE router and laser printer in the corner of my study which are now improved:-- the Hive hub and phone chargers are now plugged directly into the power strip, so free up a few plugs- Smart Life app can control each of the 3 plug points individually (it also hooks into many of my other smart devices)- PoE Router can now be bounced by the app, useful since on the odd occasion one of my security cameras can hang- "Alexa, turn off power strip" can turn off the whole strip, but not each device individually (I previously though you could but turns out the lamp had a smart bulb in it!)- Each of the plugs can come on/off using a timer schedule (to give impression someone is home for the lights, or I guess if you had this hooked up to a TV)- The power strip has a button which can be used to turn everything on if you dont want to use voice control or app (but then you might as well just buy a standard "dumb" strip if that's the case)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Another great WiFi product from Jomarto - the power strip is so easy to connect to the Smart Life application, most of the Jomarto products are on here also and can be controlled by Google. Quick and simple to connect.Each plug can be turned off individually and the USB as a group but I only use it for one thing, my PS4 controller charger!It’s very sturdy and great quality. Does everything as described. Highly recommended.

Setup is fast, previous WiFi plugs have been harder to setup than this one. The app you use to control the power is very user friendly as well. (I haven’t tried setting it up with Alexa yet as app is so easy to use).You can also choose quite easily which plugs are active and which aren’t, great for energy saving. Plus if you forget to switch something off by the time you left the room, you can just do it from your phone which is useful, I also use it to switch a lamp on before I walk through the door when it’s dark.USB plugs are handy as well, but I would have liked maybe 1 or 2 more of the 3-pin plug socket spaces.Very happy with the purchase, would definitely recommend.

It has 6 usb slots and 3 plug slots. You don't need to find a plug because you can charge many stuff at the same time and connect all your devices. It's made out of a quality material. The product does not heat so it can always stay open and does not cause a problem. I think the cable is long enough so you can use it anywhere in the house.The important part is that it has smart life which means you can control it from far away. The smart life app is very easy and useful. For security you can turn off and on the strip completely. The instruction booklet was quiet small because it was small I struggled to know what to do in the beginning.

I'm not sure why other users are claiming this device only works when the whole thing is turned off via Alexa/Google Home/HomeKit because that's not true.Each of the three plug sockets can be renamed and controlled alone - only the USB block is turned off en masse but you would probably expect that. Timer functions work perfectly well through the basic app, and otherwise it can be left for voice control without intervention.

'm on a mission to convert my house into a smart home and this power strip is exactly what I wanted.The installation took just few minutes - just install the smart app and set up the separate sockets as you wish.I can control it from my phone at the same time as the rest of my smart gadgets which is great. It's with build in protection so i can be sure my house is safe. I've plugged my coffee machine into it and i switch it on from my bed this morning so when I went down it was ready to just press the button for my coffee.I love it.

This is a fantastic piece of kit, it’s really simple to set up and use, it integrates with Alexa, so can be controlled like all my other devices, or set up in groups with other things. It seems very well made, it’s white plastic, but has a quality feel, even the packaging looked premium.
