These are eye pads that come in a small jar with a screw lid. Sadly, compared to other products, they are pretty thin. This makes it difficult to extract one at a time. They don't adhere well to the undereyes and must be used lying down. Some other ones allow for movement. They have enough serum and after removal, the area does feel hydrated. There is additional serum left and can be softly massaged in. While relaxing, it hasn't helped with line reduction or dark circles under my eyes.

I've been using these about every 5 days or so for about for almost a month now, and I haven't seen much difference around my eyes. It's difficult to get out only one, even with the little tweezers provided for that purpose. The first time I tried this, I tried them sitting up and that did not work at all. They don't stay, no matter how hard you press down or tilt your head back. From there on out, I applied them and then lay on my back for 10-15 minutes. Once the time was up, I sat up and removed the pads and then gently tapped the areas where there was serum left, so that it would absorb.The whole experience is refreshing and relaxing. However, I do not see much difference around my eye area. I don't have many wrinkles in that area yet, but I do have some dark and sometimes puffy circles. These pads did help with the puffiness, but not so much with the darkness. (To be fair, this has been a seriously stressful year for me so far, and perhaps that's why the dark circles remain? I'm not sure.)Overall, I love the experience of taking the time to pamper myself, even if it's only 5-10 minutes a few times a week. I will continue using these and if I do see further improvement, I will update this review right away.

I'm an insomniac. Aside from fatigue, insomnia also leaves me with dark circles and at times, puffy, swollen eyes. Dr. Denese eye masks are not only cool and refreshing to the skin around my eyes, they are soothing as well. They do a nice job of reducing the dark circles and puffiness and they work quickly for which I am SO appreciative! A small tweezer is including with the jar, allowing me to easily pick up each patch (from the jar) to place under my eyes. I do, however, have an issue keeping the patches on my face. No matter what I do, they slide down and won't stay in place. Even when I blot some of the serum off of the patch, it still slides down my face. Lying down when I do the 10-15 minute treatment still causes the patch to slide though it does stay in place far better that way. I also make sure to rub the serum into my skin. I've not yet used these patches long enough to notice a decrease in the fine lines around my eyes. Should I notice a decrease , that will be a nice bonus. I'm using the patches mainly to rid the dark circles and puffiness that I sometimes experience in the morning. And I'm happy with the job Dr. Dense eye masks do to reduce the circles/puffiness. I just wish I was able to better keep them in place and prevent them from sliding down. I have sensitive skin and experience NO negative reactions to the patches.

I have had the opportunity to try a few different hydrogel undereye masks recently, some very expensive, others much more affordable. While this product, Dr. Denese SkinScience HydroBurst Eye Mask, is on the higher end in terms of price point, it's definitely at the top for overall quality! These hydrogel eye masks are comfortable to wear and the serum is incredibly hydrating. They feel so refreshing, especially to tired eyes at the end of the day.These eye masks are made of a very thin hydrogel that does tear easily, but they also come with a set of small plastic tweezers to retrieve them from the plastic jar without damage. They are absolutely swimming in that magic serum, which contains niacinamide, hydrolyzed collagen, tripeptide, and tetrapeptide, as well as actual gold powder, all of which work together to hydrate skin, reduce puffiness, and smooth fine lines. Worn for ten to fifteen minutes a couple of times a week, they can keep your eyes looking fresher, brighter, and younger. On top of all of that, all Dr. Denese products are vegan and cruelty-free!I love these hydrogel eye masks. They feel so good at the end of a long day, and I really can see a difference when I use them. It isn't necessarily long-lasting improvement, but my eyes do look better and I look less tired.
