I love all kinds of cheese, including processed cheese. In fact, since moving to a small town, processed cheese is my only option!Tried craft for the first time to check how long and how well the cheese reaches me, before I order from their variety of other cheese. It reached me safely, and for an imported product, in only 5 days. That said, not sure I'll want some easily-perishable softer cheese to be in transit for so long, given current hot and humid climate. Cheese inner foil was slightly broken at one place and the block had a small brownish patch, not fungus. Just removed at part. No issues, overall.Maybe, will order more in winters.Taste: pretty good. Quite similar to Amul cheddar, perhaps slightly less salty.
