We haven't had a cold in our house since December 2018, and we have a 10 year old attending school and playing outdoors with friends. These capsules are great at fighting colds. If taken at first sign of a cold you wake up next morning feeling like you are on the tail end of the cold. You skip all the nasty stuff in between.With the Covid pandemic in progress we are now taking one a day as prevention. The only thing I would ask the company to change is the closure on the bottles. It is so hard to open the first time that I, a normal healthy 40 year old, with no arthritis can hardly pry the dang thing open. It hurts my thumbs so bad from how hard I have to push and pull trying to pry the cap open. I cannot imagine most seniors can open this container. This is a new feature too. Please bring back the old style. It was much more pleasant to use.

I bought 4 bottles of these softgels. Its nowhere near as soft.The shape and harness of the softgels is odd. Every time I swallow it hurts like hell and feels its stuck in your foodpipe. I take omega 3 capsules that are like 3 times the size and you I can swallow it easily without any pain. These softgels as they call it, forget it. I would buy from them again if they change their shape and make it in such a way that it does not hurt when you swallow them. My worry is that it will damage your esophagus or get stuck in your esophagus. High carvachol sure (and that's why I bought these), but the shape and hardness of the so called softgel (I call it hardgel capsules) ain't worth it. Trust me they do not feel soft but really hard when you press on them.

One of my grandsons used to have strep throat several times a year. At the first touch of a sore throat he takes a few drops of the liquid in water. Clears it right up. Capsules are easy to swallow but get them swallowed quickly. Otherwise, it is bitter!!Very difficult to open last shipment of bottles. 2 of us needed pliers to pull off the plastic strip, then pliers and screwdriver to pry plastic lid up to get into bottle.Glad to have this medicine as ordered by doctor.

We have ordered zane hellas many times. Never disappointed! Excellent quality product every time. Have tried other oregano oil products and have found nothing that comes close to zane hellas. Highly recommend.
