Good for subluxation/hemi-paresis
Bought this for someone after they had a stroke. His shoulder was beginning to sublux. This was perfect to keep both shoulder and elbow supported. His pain drastically decreased while wearing this brace. He's pretty tall too, and it still fit well. Definitely not for someone with large muscles, though this fits well for the average sized individual and/or anyone with atrophy (such as following CVA or TBI). And for the price, you can't beat it.

Disappointed
Not for someone with limlited use of one arm. Too many straps, hard to adjust to fit, awkward, need help to get on & off. Am returning this brace , not happy with this design.

Superior quality brace
The shoulder splint gives superior support and comfort and helps with arm mobility. Straps are very secured and metal rings keep everything in place. Pureluck delivers on their promises.
