Great value for a motorized screen. Be aware that it is somewhat slow to raise and lower. Very smooth operation. Easy to recommend. I've had this in use now for 2 1/2 years and love it. Works consistantly, no issues, great picture on it. Worth the extra cost compared to some really inexpensive products that are out there.

Pros: I received an elite screen box. Cons: The screen inside the box was a damaged, smaller, manual pull-down one with no brand name. How does that even happen? So much for my wife’s Mother’s Day present.

I'd give it a 5 star if it was not for the small black gap on the top of the screen which is a bit annoying to see. Other than that it's a great screen for a a small home theater.

Screen came with damaged box and obviously had been opened before but that was in the description. Screen itself was in great shape except for bent hanging bracket, which I fixed easily. Works great! Fantastic Price! Very Pleased and will stick with Amazon for the Great service!

good support. Item somewhat misleading as the wall control appears to have an IR eye but does not. Had to custom order a $50 part from oem, which takes away much of the value. If you're planning on hanging this behind a short red curtain to de-uglify this you'll be in the same boat. In any case, run an extra cat5/cat6 cable and have a female-to-female rj-45 coupler of you want to have a professional-ish install (or maybe even a three way rj45 female tap to allow eye and wall box at once?!)

Clear as can be and absolutely perfect! We mounted ours on the ceiling so that it covers the fireplace mantel when it is lowered.

The first one came didn’t work at all maybe due to shipment , have gave it the benefit of the doubt . They sent a new one a couple of days after . It worked fine until after the third use the motor got stuck . Very annoying . I don’t think I want another one at this point . Save your money

This is a very cool screen, I love it! Can be slow at times but it is fast compared to the time the projector takes to warm up!
