Install Bay RNMD250F Fully Insulated Nylon Male Connector 22/18 Gauge .250, Red (100-Pack)

I gave this a Four (4) star only because One (1) of them failed, out of say Ten (1) that I have used. The failure happened when I tried to "disconnect" the connector and the plastic separated from the actual connector and try as I did, could not get the plastic shield to fit over the connector again. So, needless to say, I haven't tried the other connectors yet... but tomorrow, I will have to and we'll see then. Hopefully, this was just a "fluke".

This connector from Install Bay is of MUCH BETTER QUALITY than another connector I purchased from Amazon. When you pull back the plastic insulation on this connector you will see that the metal used is much THICKER than another connector I purchased. The metal on the other product has much thinner metal when you pull back the insulation. When the metal is too thin, it makes it harder to properly crimp the wire to the connector.The product I purchased with the thinner metal, that I will stay away from, was sold by AMERICAN TERMINAL.Go with this one !!!!

Not as advertised. These are the cheap of the cheap, not what you see in the picture. In the picture it shows the nylon coated connectors with the raised centers. I was excited to finally see this style connector for smaller gauge wiring on here (since I only ever see the bigger blue ones) but when they arrived I got the same worthless junk that I'll never use. They also came with the matching female connectors which I had no idea I was getting (although I suppose this is a plus). If you're looking for high quality you might want to get something different.

Apply once and forget it. You cannot remove it without slipping off the insulation sheaf. This strikes me as a quality product. The insulation crimps well and the connection is solid.

The concept is good and they do work but the amount of pressure it takes to clamp them shut it insane. I wasted 8 because of that. If you try to remove one from a T connector the plastic housing comes off.

Just what I needed. Works as expected. No faults in quality. I recomment a nice pair of terminal crimpers to ensure the connections don't fail.

These are fantastic for multiple uses. I generally use them for automotive wiring as it preserves the factory wiring and allows for quick and easy removal.
