What is the biggest size that can be laminated in this machine?

12" x 18" using a 10mil envelope laminate

I want to laminate items approx. 3" x 7". Can I cut and use a piece of laminate a little larger than my item, or do I have to use a full sheet of laminate each time?

The jupiter has automatic size sensing, so it knows what size of item your using. So using a smaller piece should not be a problem for this laminator

What is included with this laminator? Is there something extra I will need ?

You get some laminator sheets. But I knew I would need more, so I got a box of the 3 ml thick sheets...on amazon, and a box of the thicker 5 ml sheets....on amazon. The 3s are great for wall signage at the office. The 5s are for the standing signage I use w these cardboard adhesive wing stands I use. Also amazon.

where is the fellowes venus and jupitor made?

I don't know where it is made but fyi, we bought one at work & paid quite a chunk for it. It had a 2 year warranty. We used it from time to time, not real heavy, it sat for 4 months with only being used twice in that time (1sheet, each time) after the end of it's warranty had expired. We started it up to use and it wouldn't heat. We tried everything before calling in, they told us the motherboard was fried. We believe they built it to fry shortly after the warranty expired, forcing us to buy a new one. We will no longer pay a large amount for a laminator. We only do 3 mil & 5 mil so the cheaper ones will be just fine.
