This books covers almost everything providing a very good and stable background in one rapidly evolving field such is this .Recommend this book to reader with previous knowledge of biochemistry for proper understanding .

The depth of information varies in chapters by different authors. It may be that this is due to scientific information available. There is abundantly environmetal toxicology which belomgs to the very center of veterinary toxicology. However, a practitioner working with individual animals would appreciate also more specific information on toxic effects in individual animals, differential diagnosis, and proposed treatments of suspected toxications.
