Positive Psychology: The Scientific and Practical Explorations of Human Strengths 3rd Edition

It's a wonderful introduction to this newer field of Psychology. It's humanistic while giving more than a polite nod to Spirit, and it supports the idea of church affiliations as being part of a healthy psychology. If you need it as a text book, I will warn that it has no unit questions, and no test ideas. However, it is a remarkable survey of concepts and testing instruments to use clinically.I am enjoying it and I plan to use it in my work as a Christian Life Coach.

Great book!As a psychology student hoping to get into a graduate program with an emphasis in positive psychology, this book was quite insightful. I do warn you though that some of the chapters are quite lengthy and redundant.

I am a psychology major and this book has been by far the most informative book I have read thus far. It is filled with so much knowledge on the discipline of positive psychology.

Used this as a rental for my class. It was a great used book and no rips or marks in them.

I hate that I could not get the book hard copy in time for class. I had to go with the digital copy instead. It was easy to use but I like my psychology books for my library. Since I purchased it, I am wondering if I can get the hard copy version.
