Colors were accurate and exactly what I hoped for!

Beautiful blue, nice and dark

This was used in decorating for a memorial service for veteran of several wars. This with red crepe paper and US flags looked very nice.

I used this blue with an orange to create decorations for a zootopia birthday party. Colors worked great together. It was sturdy enough to last and didn't rip easily!

Correct color, came fast

Exactly the color I wanted. A bit spendy but it was the only navy I could find.

Advertised as 12 pks per case and price is per case. Selected quantity 2, expecting 24 roles to arrive but only 2 roles arrived.

GROSSLY overpriced, low quality product that wasn't even dollar store quality AND I find out that I am unable to return? SHAME on you AMAZON for allowing such an inferior product that I am told I cannot return or write a note on in the return fields. The streamers were faded and looked like they've been sitting in some warehouse for a long time. Colour is poor. Quality is poor. Turns out that a local business could order in what I needed where I paid $1 for 2 rolls of richly coloured navy streamers - dollar store pricing which is what this should have been at least. The order from Amazon cost me $7.99 per roll and again, is said to be NOT RETURNABLE. I would have never ordered this if I'd known I could get the colour I needed via a local order.
