The product is good. The only drawback is that the chord is quite short. Works fine. Good packagingUpdated after 6 months: The kettle was working fine all these days. Now suddenly it stopped working. There appears to be a 1 year warranty. If the seller can provide us any info on the warranty claim process it would be great!

The product worked only for 3 months.. its a waste of money. The customer service was also not good. They didn't respond when I approached them for a solution. I would suggest people not to go for it. Even if it requires a few more bucks, just go for a branded one. As the saying goes.. a brand is always a brand!

Don't buy ....while we try to boil water the plastic inside the kettel also gets heated up and the plastic smell speeds into water ...very dangerous to health don't buy ..

If you are going to buy it for milk boiling it is totally useless, milk will not get boiled instead will get burn, and cleaning is also a herculean task. Don't buy it.

I have brought this but product found defective, I replaced it but again found defective. It seems used and defective items are again sending by firm. Never buy this product.

Extremely happy with the product, heats water within 2to3 min only.. Completely changed my life.. Totally worth every penny spent on it..
