It is pricey, their gun is definitely needed. Single disappointment, product didn't cover as much as I expected. I am rehabbing my 1994 Jeep YJ, adding AC for the Arizona summers and decided to use this to help the AC as much as possible. Thermal insulation is better than I imagined, thermometer showed 40* in metal panels from inside to outside. Sound insulation is better than I expected. When the two stages are layered, they compliment each other and the designed purpose of them is improved. Honestly think a larger hopper for the gun would help. Damp rag or towels handy to quickly clean up helps too! Clean up is very easy. I have two more gallons in my garage waiting for my hard top and other applications. I will likely use this on metal corral roof to help keep shaded area in my backyard cooler as well. Love this stuff! My nephew used the sound insulation liners for his bronco restoration. When he felt and saw the Lizard Skin he regretted not going that route and intends to for the rest of his restoration.

Applied evenly and covered what was needed. Great product.

Liked how well it could be applied and easy cleanup. Rock hard results.

It was only partially good. About half was dried up and useless

Perfect counterpart to the sound deadner product. My husband uses both products when redoing classic cars. This really helps with some of the motor/tunnel heat. Easy to spray, easy to clean up while wet. Great product. We are fans of the 1 gallon size over the 2 gallon.

The material is heavy and thick. Does the job. I used a brush. I used it on the engine cover of my RV.Before that they had a glued on foam -aluminum insulation. TerribleThis was a real improvement.

Cool stuff. Easy to apply as long as you have the gun they sell which i did. Leaves a nice coating but very hard to get it to the thickness they recommend because you have to have more of it on stand by which costs more. This bucket did the drivers side and passenger floor boards and most of the trans tunnel of a 69 vette just under the 20 on their thickness gauge.

It is thicker than any paint or bedliner, so if you want a pro look, then use their applicator. My spray gun wouldn't come close, so I didn't even try to use it, instead I brushed it in.I applied it to my Jeep's tub to mitigate the 120+ degree radiant heat, and time will tell. I brushed it on thick, and I still have most of a gallon left. I will likely cover the inside of my hard top, and if I have enough left, I might coat my fish cooler and my giant travel coffee mug.
