Made great sloe gin.
I used these dried sloes to make sloe gin as I was unable to find fresh ones this year. I rehydrated them by covering them in hot water and leaving them for 24 hours. I then made sloe gin with them like fresh ones. I have tasted the result now and it's great. I re-used the sloes again to make sloe port and sloe gin jam so one bag has been very fruitful, so to speak! I will definitely buy these again.
