I was given this as a gift & absolutely LOVE it! It's sooooo therapeutic to look at, ground yourself with, & just take your mind away from chaos around you. It comes with unscented refillable cones, but you really need to make sure you cover the hole completely... it takes a little practice, but very easy to get the hang of. Wish it would last longer, but still so awesome to watch & relax to!

I ordered 2 one for my sis bday and one for me. I love it and she does too! The packaging is BEAUTIFUL!! The water fall is BEAUTIFUL and of good quailty. It looks JUST like the picture. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 it which really bothered me to do it😔 but I don't know what I'm doing wrong but the smoke will not flow all the way to the bottom it MIGHT do 3 tiers and the cones that come with it does not burn long at all, but I ordered the extra box and they are bigger.

Great quality and fun to watch. Amazed by how it works and curious about how someone figured out to create one. Had a great conversation with my daughter about how inventors think and stumble upon new ideas

This is a pretty burner and when it works looks fantastic. We don't like the nasty smell from the incense that came with it. I have ordered new ones so hopefully it will smell better.

I bought this as a gift for a person who meditates. He says that along with meditation, he felt like he was really getting into the space of peace and relaxation by involving all of his senses. Even by the incense smoke going down into a cascading waterfall brings a sense of calm. He can enjoy this for years to come.

omg these smell so terrible....smells like burning paper....back flow ? what back flow ? the one that starts when it's only 3 minutes left of the cone....im so very disappointed

The product was everything it claimed to be, very pleased with my purchase. Be sure to buy extra backflow incense pieces since the few that come with it go quickly.

This backflow incense burner is cute and matches our decor. It has to be absolutely still for it to work properly which is a little hard if you have forced heating or air conditioning. I still like it.

It's not amazon fault, it's the people they buy off. This waterfall backflow is a total waste of money it so small cones only last maybe 5 mins, and smoke doesn't flow to the bottom a total lie and waste of money
