I had a previous under desk cable management tray that this was replacing. It was to allow me to use a smart extension socket that was wider.The package has everything you need to mount and a few cable ties to help with cable management. Minimal packaging which is good to see. My only small niggle, and more related toAmazon, is that this did not come in a box, which meant they put the address label over the instructions which are printed on the outside. A great idea in principle, but let down.

Having used cable trays and desks for decades now, I have some experience in what does and doesn't work - it makes me wonder sometimes how some solutions are expected to actually be useful to the user, either in size, sturdiness, fitting or general quality.This soolution ticks all the boxes for a company who has clearly thought this through. The materials used are of good standard and more than capable of being discrete but also able to manage many cables and/or power adapters etc, whatever you may need to stuff in there out of the way but also designed so that these things are still readily accessible. It's a simple solution but done well and easily fitted to accomodate however you might wish to install it as there are options - they even give you a handy template on the box!Overall if I was to niggle then it would be that the price is a touch high but at the same time I am happy that I got what I paid for in terms of quality and functionality - which does not happn that often.If you need a solution to clear your floor of power/vdu/network cables or your included solution for your desk is not sufficient, then I would be confident that this solution would resolve all but the most unrealistic situations.The company clearly think about the product and it's intended use, the materials and instructions along with configuration options are all of a high standard - buy it if you're looking for a cable management solution for under your desk as I doub t you will find better.

I was planning on completely redecorating my computer room, so didn't see the point in cable management before getting round to that. with working from home though and using it as an office, the two 6 plug surge protectors and cables were getting annoying due to getting caught up with my feet, so I decided to get these.Money well spent, the floorspace under the desk is clear now and my feet can move around without obstacles. The metal seems sturdy enough and been able to hold a surge protector each. I have 3 Philips Hue play bars attached to the back of my monitor and I thought the plug for that may have been an issue as it is very bulky, but I got that to fit fine.I like how there's a QR Code on the box which takes you to video installation instructions, I'm a visual person and find that much better than paper instructions. Part of the box can be cut out and used as a guideline for where to drill pilot wholes as well, thought that was a nice touch. My one criticism would be that to get to the screws you have to go through the tray, as such I was not able to use my drill with a screw bit and had to improvise with a racket screwdriver and some bits from another set. Be aware that you do need a very long Philips screw driver for this.

Like most of the people of the world, during lockdown I had to work from home, so save my poor back I bought a standup desk.. trouble is every time I elevated the desk, plugs and cables were being put under strain or stretched. So to turn all all this taught spaghetti under my desk into a safe place I bought two of these trays..these work a treat holding cables, multiway adaptors, plug in transformers etc.. pretty much it all went in there hiding, organising and making safe.The basket arrangement works well, supporting and letting cables through.. more importantly allowing ventilation around adaptors to stop over heating.

Requires long-handled screwdriver to pass through mesh to screw into desk, but is easy to fix and does the job it’s designed to do. Recommended.

For those like me who get slightly annoyed with unavoidable tons of messy cables. Item is well designed in simplicity, sturdy material and coating, great screws with washers, easy peasy to install. Love it!

The product arrived well packaged in a cardboard box. No problems experienced with warped trays as some have reported. I attached both trays to the soffit of my desk. I have a 12-plug extension lead sitting straddled across the trays without any issues. Comes with screws. Main reason for knocking off a star was that I was expecting to able to fit the trays with my desk upright. Not possible. In the end I had to turn my desk on its side, which was a lot of messing around. Not a big deal for me, but some people may find they need a helping hand. I also found that the screws were not good at self-tapping. They are quite thick and required careful drilling of pilot holes to prevent splitting of the desk, which has a veneered worktop. I also found that I could not plug in my MacBook Pro 30W power adapter into the tray due to a lack of vertical space once plugged into the 12-plug extension lead and the soffit of the desk. Once fitted, they do a good job of clearing a lot of unsightly cables. Despite the above, I would still recommend the product.

The item arrived earlier than expected. Very easy to install and very sturdy. They have made my desk so much tidier and no loose cables.
