Well It's Badass, of Course!
As a long-time blogger, I have had many, many, MANY blog planners. This one is definitely one of my favorites. It actually probably tops the charts because, unlike the other planners, I didn't have to print an entire ream of paper to get to the good stuff! The Badass Blog Planner is small but mighty - Sarah leaves out the fluff and gets right down to the good stuff, giving you everything you need to plan that badass blog of yours.I would easily buy again, and will likely gift it to friends and clients!

A fun workbook but disappointing in content and quality.
I saw this book on Pinterest and didn't read much about it before purchasing, just looked at some of the pictures. First the good parts. I do like the worksheets and I love the design. I think over the coming year or two it will be helpful in brainstorming and tracking my blog progress. Now for the bad. The workbook can't decide if it's for beginners or experienced bloggers. It basically has worksheets to track what you did last year and then plan what you'll do this year. No tips or guidelines, just space to track your numbers and brainstorm how to improve them. As a beginning blogger, I don't even have a previous year to compare with so I'll have to work on that this year and come back to it. Yet other reviews say that for experienced bloggers it's too basic, so I'm not sure who the intended audience is! Also there are so few worksheets for future ideas compared to tracking past performance. I could easily write down past performance in a spreadsheet or notebook. I wanted guidance on making a game plan for my upcoming content! My biggest issue though is the quality. As much as I love the design, if I'd known how poor the print quality was, I would NOT have purchased this book. The cover is cheap paper, not thick like a paperback book usually is. The inside is the same, but the absolute worst aspect is the ink itself. The images on the cover and even the text inside the book is grainy and makes your eyes hurt looking at it. Even the basic text seems to have a greenish shadow behind it like it printed in two colors and it makes it hard to read. Your eyes instantly blur the lines. Perhaps this is a self-published book and if so then I salute them on the design but they need to view proof copies first next time! Even a small printing shop should be able to print text that's actually readable.

USELESS
This isn’t a blog journal to generate new ideas. This is not a brainstorming activity for new material. This is ONLY a log of your past year. Not only is it completely pointless for anyone who is newly starting out (the title and info given does not tell you this)... BUT ... even if I had an entire past year to journal on... I could have made this list on my own. Do not let the photos fool you. This booklet is smaller than a toddlers coloring book. Each page is designated for a site. Facebook. Insta. Etc. What you did right, what you did wrong. What generated the most activity.... you get the gist.That. Is. It.

Easy to use, gf did not use it though
It seemed like a great book when i looked at it, but my gf at the time did not end up using it. I guess she did not find a good use for it when starting her blog at the time. However still seemed easy to use with a great layout.

The Perfect Blog Planner!
The Badass Blog Planner is the perfect tool for any blogger! It's an easy read and helps you get organized and on track. What I love most about it is I can keep everything in one spot. I don't have printed out papers in folders that I have to dig through. Best of all it's bright, clean, and sits nicely next to my desk for easy access. I highly recommend this to any new or seasoned blogger!

awesome for established blogs (not newbies).
This is an awesome planner, unfortunately it's for a blog that is up and running, not for new blogs. I glad I have it and will use it later on, but since I just set up a new blog, I feel like this is for the next step.

OVERPRICED
I just received this item and am so disappointed with it. I expected something more substantial for $18, but this is just a very thin workbook. Each page out of the 70+ pages has fill-in prompts without any content on blogging. While I like that concept for a planner, this doesn't present itself as a calendar as real planners do. Those are expected to be blank because it's for filling in your year of activities. This is a "guide to defining your purpose, creating clarity, and building a year (in 70+ pages?!) of killer content." How can a workbook with only prompts promise to accomplish any of that? I think that everyone should just get a notebook for a few bucks and find useful tips on Pinterest instead.Unfortunately I'm probably going to have to keep this since return shipping isn't free (why not, Amazon??), so it'll cost almost half of what I paid, making the return pointless. The two star rating is for the attractive cover and clean design, I just wish it had a lot more to offer.

Not for the brand new...or the really experienced
I returned this product because, as a brand new blogger, a lot of the worksheets didn't apply to me. Half the book is a comparison between your last year's stats and projections for the upcoming year. I really love the idea of the book and the design is really cool, so I will take a look at it next year once I have something to write in the first half of the book.Although I don't think this planner is suitable for brand new bloggers, I also don't think it is for very well established bloggers, because I think a lot of the things being tracked are likely already tracked and planned in other ways by experienced bloggers. If you've been going at it for a few months and are concerned that you're not super organized in terms of tracking where you've come from or planning where you are going, this would be an excellent planner for you to try out.In the end I decided on the EPIC Blog Planner. This allows me to really plan where I'm going with my blog, lay out an editorial planner, etc., without needing to have anything to compare my progress to.
