Dr. Elsey's® Clean Tracks Clumping Clay Cat Litter 40 lb. Bag

Having had cats or 20 plus years, I think I know a thing or two about litter! Like many of you, I've tried soooooo many different ones, from corn, clay, wood and crystals! Looking for affordable, odor controlling litter, that the cats actually seem to like.This litter is the best I've tried. It keeps the odor totally under control even if you miss a day of scooping. Clumps perfectly and tracking is minimal as well. I think its a very good price for such a high quality litter.

This cat litter is fantastic! It clumps really hard, making scooping quick and easy, and I’ve noticed very little tracking around the house. Even with four cats, it does an excellent job controlling odor, and it’s virtually smell free. My cats seem to like it, and it stays fresh much longer than other litters I’ve tried. Highly recommend for multi cat households. It is definitely worth it for the quality and convenience. We love it so much we have a subscription delivered regularly!

My cats are drawn to this, which is great as my diabetic cat (prior to diagnosis) had started wetting in random rooms. No more accidents thanks to diet change, insulin and...I think, this litter. It clumps well, also. I was using pine before but found I was getting flies, no more flies with this!

Works great in my Litter robot 4. I've never had issue with litter and I've had the bot for almost a year. However, this stuff is sooooo heavy. It is very hard for me to manhandle these bags until they reach half full or less. I've been thinking of looking for something lighter but Im scared it won't work as good in my robot.

Hands down, this is the best cat litter I have found! No oder, no tracking, and it clumps the cat urine like a ball of cement!

This did seem to track less which I will give it that. But the bag is a pain in the neck. Also, didn't do as well with odor in comparison to some other non-scented brands. Have used Tidy Cat and Scoop away unscented in the past and they seem to have better odor control.

Everyone out there needs to know this product is excellent and way way better than tidy cats litter and totally a better price

My cats love this litter! I have been using Dr. Elsey's for a long time. I've tried the others. I don't need it to sparkle. I don't need it to smell like perfume either. A cat has a nose that is very sensitive to all sorts of odors. They can smell things we can't like fragrances that may make them want to pee outside the box just as much as a dirty box might do.Another big consideration is how it feels under my cats' paws. It should not feel sharp or gravely like some of those pastel crystals.This litter is soft, the granules are larger than some litters, but smaller than others. I appreciate that this company makes litter sensitive to a cat's needs. It also has low tracking. My male cat does the bunny kick in the box anyway. Its a clay litter. Clay litter is bio-degradable, very absorbent. It clumps nicely, tightly, but the urine balls actually get a little larger in hours. I don't smell any cat smell, even when I walk in the door. I was impressed. I have two stainless boxes I sift waste out of twice every day. I only toss all the litter out every two months, clean my stainless steel boxes and put entirely new litter in. No smell. (I also add baking soda)Happy cats!
