Simple and works well
Replaced busted controller in an Ambience 18kbtu mini-split heat pump. (Ambiance - there seem to be hundreds of come-and-go brands of Chinese made mininsplits. This one is about 14 years old and still works, except that the controller crapped out. No trace of Ambience, but they all seem to come from the same Chinese factory) Replacing controller takes knowledge of how these things work, so don't try if you don't know. This controller is minimal, and doesn't have a temp display or outdoor temp sensor or coil sensor for defrost. But it does the job and the remote is nice.

Simple control board
After I figured out the shared neutral on the board. I got a 14000btu Frigidaire heat pump window unit to work . I have a remote now but it's in C not F.

Lot of work to get control panel mounted to work in ac front. other wise it worked fine.
Installed in 12,000 Btu 115 v. Frigidaire window ac which has a no longer available Factory part.

Fixed my old camper roof top air conditioner.
Skeptical when I opened the box but it works great!!! Simple wiring diagram on back was easy to follow. I used this on an older RV Dometic air conditioner 1994 year model. Circuit board went out and couldn’t find a replacement. Plus now I have a remote for it. Only thing I don’t like is the temp is in Celsius. I can figure that out though.

Works Great on old GE Window AC
Replaced the controls on a GE 12,000 BTU window unit model # ASW12AAS1 . It should work fine on similar units. Very straightforward if you have electrical experience. If you can't read an schematic and figure out how to use this control then you have no business working on anything electrical and should call a professional.
