That 3/8 " is the od of the tubing used not the ID

was unusable due to leaks on soft tubing; would not recommend quick connect.

Failed after 1 month
I bought 3 and all three have completely failed in a month. These also cause major turbulence in fluid, making it difficult to use with pressured dispensing
