Great read.
The only things you have to shed are your chains, my friends! Worth the read, regardless of point of view on the subject matter.

Excellent edition
I know it's cheap, but it's a very good quality book for the price, nice and thick. I haven't gotten too far into it yet, but if you are looking for this particular book, this inexpensive edition is a really good value.

Metacritque of paradigmatic structure.
I read this, quit my job, set my boss on fire and instituted communism. It exceeded my expectations.

Difficult Read, But VERY IMPORTANT.
The name of Karl Marx is used a lot. The ONLY way to know him is to ACTUALLY READ him.

Really wish they could break this book up into two ...
Really wish they could break this book up into two parts as a complimentary gesture; overall it's a decent edition of Capital.

Excelente

A great Christmas present gift
Got this for my brother in law who loves history and is very interested in communism. A very large book and at a great price when I got it.

Must read
The value, or in other words, the quantity of human labour contained in a ton of iron, is expressed in imagination by such a quantity of the money-commodity as contains the same amount of labour as the iron. KM has written a memorable book. After defining the value of all things to the amount of labor to produce it, he goes forward to write about the theory of a capitalist relationship: Commodity - Money - Commodity Vs Money - Commodity - Money+. In doing that he puts down another social dilemma: Workers Vs Capitalist Men. His book also gives a lot of useful data and good information on the XIX century and social dynamics brought by the Industrial Revolution. The ideas and a little bit of hate against capitalism are quite inside too, but despite that, the book is a must-read for anybody who wants to go further on economics, social, politics, anthropology, and philosophy knowledge.

A must read for anyone no matter where on the political spectrum you fall.
While wordy and sometimes a slog to get through it's well worth the read. No matter what your feelings on capitalism is Marx has done a really good job describing the inner workings of it.
