Since buying this I have used it everyday since and am really feeling the benefit. I have been troubled for years with back, neck and shoulder pain/stiffness visiting acupuncturists, physiotherapists and osteopaths. My aches and pains have eased considerably since using the mat and pillow and combined with exercises given recently by my physiotherapist I feel there is light at the end of the tunnel. Worth every penny.

A friend told me me about this and I decided to get one. I'm so glad I did! It's prickly, of course but it's not painful. I relax so quickly when using it. I like to lay on it and move side to side slowly on it. It's like having a personal back scratch.I do the same with my head on the pillow and for me that's as effective as what I imagine a head massage would be. This product leaves me feeling invigorated after a long day at work ready to tackle my other job, being a mum of 2!.

I bought this as a present. It's a good acupressure mat - it seems thoughtfully designed, the extras are useful, and the spikes themselves are noticeably better than on cheaper mats. It's worth choosing over its less costly competitors.

Yes its painful a bit at the beginning but after is so energizing. Good to have different pieces and sizes. you can use them in different parts of the body and with different pressure. Go easy at the beginning do not put all your weight on it. Do it in stages. it works. Stimulates circulation.

Shipping was fast. Product however was a disappointment. I was expecting the 'flowers' to be more like the ones on the Pranamat. I found no relief. I returned and ordered the Pranamat. This may work for a lot of people, it just didn't do the job for me.

Alleine das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist Top für 3 Teile!Die Matte nutze ich jeden Abend vor dem Einschlafen für den Rücken, das kleine Teil an schmerzenden Stellen durch vorsichtiges Andrücken.Laut Orthopäden soll ich mich auch mit den Füßen regelmäßig draufstellen, habe mir aber dafür erstmal eine Matte besorgt, die quasi verschieden Kieselsteingrößen simuliert zum drüberlaufen.

Ich benutze es jeden Morgen bevor ich aufstehe, 30 min, danach bin ich richtig fit und könnte Bäume ausreißen……

Für mich eine absolute Wohltat. Ich liebe diese Matte und benutze sie jeden Tag.
