Fabulous product that works!
These Gripmasters are great! I started using them where I go for PT and my therapist recommended that I look into buying them for home. I am recovering from a broken wrist and they have helped with my wrist but just as importantly with my fingers that need to get their strength back also. I have 3 sets and feel they are helping me so much with my recovery! I still use them at PT also. Highly recommend them!

My hands responded with excitement....
This beautifully constructed tool is exactly what our genius-constructed hands need to maintain or regain their fullest capabilities. I dedicatedly used my hands from age 3 onward, as a musician, artist, craftsperson, woodcarver, webpage designer, etc. until they began to falter in the last few years. Having exhibited no true regard for the wellbeing of those amazing living instruments, I overused my very strong and nimble hands mercilessly over a relatively long lifetime, caused bouts of locked fingers, stiffness, and lately, the diminishing of small motor skills. Grip strength was reduced to abysmal from a shoulder accident and when I started dropping things, I lost confidence in my ability to resurrect these most necessary tools of the human trade. But as the teacher arrives when the student is ready, I encountered the Gripmaster when one of my grandsons was given a Black Extra Strength for his rock climbing skills. Fortunately, he put it in a box to use here on vacations, and I promptly confiscated it. :-) Instantly, my hands were enthralled. They immediately started to show me what they could still do. My finger dexterity, grip strength and diminishing flexibility started returning immediately even on the Heavy Tension, but within two days I knew my hands needed their very own proper workout strength gym, and the Medium Green Rehab fit the bill perfectly. More comfortable due to its palm fitted sculptured form, and I'm already grabbing things before they fall out of my hand mindlessly. Typing is vastly improved already and all parts of my hands and arms are getting into the act. Soon Gripmasters will be working their magic on one family member after another. This is one hell of a needed tool in a world that sits way too much, and I look forward to spreading the good news! Thanks, prohands.

3 Month Review of 9-lb (black)
I love it, and highly recommend it for everyone.I have these on my office desk and bust out a few sets throughout the day. Most days I stick to my routine, where every couple (or so) hours I get up off of my desk/computer and do a quick set of DB curls, overhead tri extensions and shoulder presses. I'll do a few push ups and sit ups as well. Before and after the power set described above, I'll do several reps of these. I'm up to 50 very slow reps with each hand before the exercises, and 50 very slow reps immediately after the exercises.I'm pretty sure that next week I'll be ready to bump that up to 55 reps pre and post.Definitely burns. Definitely helps keep fingers, hands, wrists, and grip firm and strong.A "MUST HAVE" for tennis players, grapplers/wrestlers, mt climbers, and mt bikers.

Great finger exerciser
I bought the blue rehab model (7 lbs. - heavy tension). I have used hand grips for several years but recently noticed that my hands are stiff when I first use hand grips each day (I'm 63). I purchased this finger exerciser to use as a warm up before using hand grips (the finger exerciser has less tension than my hand grips). It works well. My hand doesn't feel stiff (or hurt) when I use this finger exerciser first thing in the morning before using hand grips, it loosens up my hand muscles so that it also doesn't hurt when I switch to the hand grips. My second reason for buying this exerciser was because I was wondering whether the hand grips were exercising all of my fingers. I found that actually, the hand grips did exercise all of my fingers so it wasn't necessary for that purpose. Although this exerciser will also ensure that each finger is strengthened.I recommend pressing your fingers down on the exerciser and holding them down for three or four seconds before raising them back up to build muscle strength.
