Greta Bag and Excellent Price
Don't know if you have priced these Polaris replacement bags at your local pool store recently. Polaris replacement bags have always been priced too high and this time they were even pricier. That is what got me to looking on the internet for a purchase. Those bags are exact fit and work great with my Polaris at about half the price of the local pool store. The bag itself is well constructed and the plastic clip that inserts into the pool sweep is precise, just like the original one I removed. The velcro strip along the bottom works great and fastens completely, One of the best purchases I have made on the internet in a long time.

Works As Intended
After a seasons use I noticed my 360 would keep floating on the surface and generally not function very well. I tried messing with the rudder positioning to no avail. Before I took it in for service I said what the heck and thought to change the bag. Once I did I noticed that the 360 was once again functioning right. He no longer floated to the surface where he would get stuck by air bubbles caught in the bag. The bag was an exact fit and I had no issues installing it. I removed the plastic hose clamp that you can tie the bag to as this bag came with velcro long enough to weap around the hose for fastening. If anyone can help I still have an issue where the 360 likes to spin in circles at the deep end of the pool...

Good replacement at a good value
Good replacement at a good value. The velcro opens along 2 sides making it easier to clean out than the original polaris bag. I've noticed that the bag has gotten caught in the wheels a few times, not sure if the length of this part is any different but overall it performs well.

Finally A Reasonablly Priced Alternative
I have a Polaris pool sweep. It does a nice job and this is the third one I have had in 32 years. I have never had an issue with the sweep but I do take issue with the consumables. The mesh bag and the foam tip protectors wear out and from most pool supply places they are grossly priced. The mesh bag ranges from $25.00 to $45 for a mesh bag with a zipper. This bag is 100% compatible with my sweep and costs far less. It is the old style velcro bag instead of the newer zippered bag but it does the job for less money. A good purchase!

DESIGN FLAW: Spits Back Most of What It Collects
Got this to replace the bag that came with my Polaris 360 out-of-the-box, which had developed a tear after 2 years of use. It looks fine, fits the sweep fine and is easier to clean out since the Velcro extends alone two sides and not just one. The Polaris bag had crevices that were very hard to clean out and this one doesn't have that issue. But that really doesn't matter because using this bag has been a disaster in terms of actually cleaning my pool. It works fine when the sweep is on and properly accumulates debris and dirt. But there is obviously something different about the design of the bag itself that causes it not to keep the dirt trapped once the sweep is cycled off for the day. The net result is as soon as it's off it dumps most of what it collected right back through the sweep onto the pool floor. Big leaves stay trapped but all the little debris and dirt all ends up back in the pool, only even more concentrated than before. This is definitely due to the bag and not the sweep. To prove this, I took the original bag and duct taped the tear and tried using it again and the problem went away. The duct tape is not a viable long term solution but it demonstrates this issue is the bags fault. I would not recommend this product unless you want a nightly pile of dirt and debris in your pool. I have a picture to attach as an example but Amazon has disabled uploading customer pics for this product.UPDATE 5-17-2013:I am updating this to 2-stars for now on the basis of excellent customer service. I will increase it further if the company is able to get the bag to work for me. But if it were a customer service review alone, 5-stars. The maker of the bag tracked me down to try and help. Nice guy. I appreciate that initiative. So far I still don't have a usable cleaner as it still is dumping the contents when it turns off, and I have also developed the same floating problem others have mentioned in reviews. Still working with the owner on these.I will say all this effort to make it work caused me to closely compare the design to the original factory Polaris bag. There are two key differences which I think are contributing to the current problems:1) The original Polaris bag has a stitching that separates the first third of the bag that connects to the cleaner from the bulk of the bag that collects the debris. This stitching ends about 2/3rds of the way up the bag. But it's an effective design -- when the cleaner is on the water pressure pushes debris up the channel defined by the stitching and over the top of the stitching where the debris settles down on the bottom side of the bag. So when the cleaner is cycled off, the stitching blocks it from gravity-drifting back into the cleaner tube and out into the pool. This bag being reviews has no equivalent feature.2) This bag has wings of extra material that allow the bag to expand more than the original factory bag. That allows more capacity if you have large leaves or big debris. But I also wonder if it allows it to become more of a balloon which is what contributes to it floating for some people, including me. I have a small amount of air at the top of my pump - not enough to see bubbles at the pool returns or prevent full operation but perhaps the combo of pool equipment with some air and the shape of the bag conspire to cause this.FINAL UPDATE 5/30/2013:Again, I give credit for the absolutely fantastic attempt at customer service. They proactively sent me another bag, at their expense and without my even requesting it to try and solve the problem. Called me multiple times. Send step-by-step instructions on how to try and solve the problem. So I give them huge credit for that and therefore am elevating the rating to 3-stars.All that said, after a second bag performed exactly the same -- i.e. dumping much of the dirt back out into the pool as soon as the sweep turned off for the day -- I just ordered a replacement bag on Amazon from Polaris. Put it on and problem instantly solved. Pool looks amazingly clean now.It is 100% clear that the lack of the stitching separating the two halves of the bag makes all the difference, at least for small dirt and debris like my pool gets -- I get very few large leaves, etc. The owner/manufacture of the bag said that the reason he didn't maintain the stitching in his version is because it would cause too many people to get leaves jammed in the opening of their bags and prevent new debris from passing into the bag. So this may come down to two factors: 1) What kind of debris does your pool typically have? 2) How powerful is your pump? In my case I get mostly small debris and have a powerful (2 HP) pump. So I don't have an issue with leaves jamming the bag. If you're like my, as much as I love the personal commitment of the company, you probably are better off with the actual Polaris bag. If you did experience issues like the leaf jamming with the Polaris bag then by all means get this bag which is less expensive and well supported by the former owner of Polaris...

Change of Heart, I can now say do it!
I reviewed this product previously (see below). Because my original purchase failed, I was back on Amazon looking and noticed that others had received replacements from the seller (Moon Light Pool Supply). I contacted the seller via their website and was contacted within 3 hours. The owner explained that there was a manufactuing defect with the velcro and he would like to replace my bag free of charge. I received two replacement bags within 3 days (I only purchased one). That is awesome customer support and the new velcro is much different. I expect that it will last much longer.Thank you Moon Light Pool Supply for holding up your end of the deal. I will be back!Old Review"Remember your last girl/boy friend. Everything was good at first and then things went south. If you enjoy abusing yourself and wasting your money, go ahead.I have never left a review but my discontent is such that I had to say something. In general, the materials are satisfactory. My only, and major, complaint is the Velcro closure. Either the seam is too skinny or the Velcro is low quality. Either way, there is very little holding power holding the seam shut. Sand, dog hair and other debris penetrate into the Velcro seam. Every time I empty the bag, I have to spray the seam with high-pressure water to remove the buildup or else the Velcro seam will not close. Makes you wonder if the bag was tested in real world applications. I can only assume the Velcro will not last.Even worse. As I am typing this, I decided to re-read the reviews for this product. I bought this bag 2 July 2011 and most of the bad reviews regarding the Velcro posted just after I bought it. That is bad luck because had I seen those bad reviews I would not have made the purchase.Find a different bag and a different boy/girl friend!"

Fait le job
Très bonne qualité et adaptation parfaite sur un robot Polaris 380. Juste à savoir : ce n'est plus une fermeture éclair comme sur le filtre d'origine, mais du velcro.

Poor Design or manufacture
Have used in my pool for 24 hours only and am disappointed that the design allows the small picked up grit to get trapped inside the seems of the fabric making it impossible to fully empty.
