review after 8 months
So; I'm a facial-hair novice, and wanted to get my first beard trimmer.Compared to anything else? I have no idea whether this is a good razor. (I've used Brauns for about 30 years for shaving my face before I had a beard).Points: - So, the battery-life of this razor in day-to-day shaving was way more than adequate. BUT: (see below) - After about 6 months, it stopped holding a charge. The screen said "60 minutes" but it lasted more like 5. Looking at online forums, I saw the suggestion to drain the battery fully, and recharge. But I think the damage had been done, because it didn't do anything. Maybe for a new-user, that's a good idea - but how often should I do this? If it takes 60 minutes to run down (new/full charge) after 5 minutes shaving, that's not really a good solution, so I think the charging circuit is probably just pretty dumb; it should manage the battery life cycle; like modern laptops and electric cars do. (ie. only charge it to 70-80%). Then the razor would probably get a much longer battery life, and they could probably use a much smaller battery. - How I resolved this problem: I opened the case, unsoldered the stock rechargable, and replaced it with this one: https://www.amazon.com/HQRP-Battery-Philips-422203612390-Screwdriver/dp/B00DOVG6D2/ref=sr_1_50?crid=BH0IA988NI0A&keywords=li+ion+14500+3.7v+500mAh+1.85+Wh&qid=1640573308&sprefix=li%2520ion%252014500%25203.7v%2520500mah%25201.85%2520wh%2520%2Caps%2C128&sr=8-50 (Amazon shopping, ftw; also, didn't need the bundled screwdriver with this battery). This battery has about TWICE the milliamp-hours. It does work fine, (in fact, the razor does sound like it's running a bit faster, so ppl complaining that this razor is "too weak" could probably fix that problem by doing this). Can the charge circuit handle this battery? I've run it through two complete cycles, and it still works fine. IMO this is a good upgrade for this razor. But TBH: it's a little difficult to disassemble this razor, because there's an outer-case and an inner-case (which just screams: "I was manufactured in China, and re-sold to multiple manufacturers so they could put their own branded external case on it, then charge 10x more than what it cost to make in China"). What I don't understand is why the inner case uses both those plastic-clippy things (which are made of brittle plastic and don't survive being unclipped, and also: are very difficult to pop open), and also screws. Why both? Who knows? It's just a little annoying, and if the replacement battery lasts 2 more years, I won't bother replacing that, and I'll just buy a new razor. - The stand is pretty terrible at holding all the accessories. They just don't quite fit right, and rattle around loose, and get knocked out by my cat, who then likes to bat the little plastic gauges around the bathroom. I just chuck them into my drawer. It still functions nice as a charge-stand, but the base ends up taking a lot more counter-space than necessary. - so for trimming my beard and mustache (and ear hair, and nose hair) it works great. Does everything it needs to do. I don't use most of the other attachments. - the one thing it doesn't do great, is even on the "close" setting, (1), it doesn't really shave close enough, so higher up on my cheeks, where I get stray hairs, I have to go back with my Braun to get them cut down clean and smooth. - adding to the smoothness issue; there is an attachment that's kind of your standard smooth-skin shaver, a screened-blade. That thing doesn't seem to work at all. That's why I end up using my Braun for that.

Well worth the Price works as promissed.
I tried 2 cheaper razors and this one at same time to see the differences For me this Hattecor was exactly what I had hoped for. it was about the shavor having a nice weight and balance in your hand paired with being easy to switch heads/combs. To save $10-$15 isn't worth it especially for something you are going to use everyday. I'd spend the small amount of extra money to get a product OBVIOUSLY way more solid than the cheaper razors.

This is the best clippers for the money!
These clippers are really good. A number of Handy attachments and the longest charge of any pair of clippers I've ever owned. If you want a good pair of clippers for a reasonable amount of money, you can't go wrong with these!

Wow! Best in all aspects.
Wow! Blown away at how long the charge lasts. I'm prior military and for 32 years since I've always maintained a squared away appearance and this trimmer is the ABSOLUTE best I've ever used. Safe for pretty much your entire body. Bravo Zulu!

Good value
Trims very well. Needs to come with a better storage box instead of the ultra thin, cheap, flimsy. plastic, which serves no purpose at all.

Everything I'd expect at this price range
I give this 4 stars, not because it's above average in performance, but because it is average at a great price. Basically, you get what you pay for and this product is no exception to the rule. After reading many reviews for electric razors and beard trimmers, I became confused. Since this is my first such device, I decided to go on the cheap side so I could better understand the reviews on more expensive units. The price was right. Considering all the extras that come with the product, it is a good value. Of course, at this price, one can't expect the performance of a dedicated device 5 times it's price.! It does everything it promises to do, but it does NOTHING with excellence. It does an OK job.Shaving - not very close. Leaves me with nubs. Good job for a quick cleanup, before dinner, but does not give a close shave for a morning cut to last most of the day in the office. It did seem to pull a lot which doesn't bother me since I razor shave with just bar soap. I think some would find it irritating however.Beard trim - It does an OK job, but doesn't follow the contour of the face very well. I found it hard to trim evenly around my mouth, nose, jaw. I tried the various attachments but never found one for my face. Even across my cheeks, it seemed to cut unevenly. Perhaps its my inexperience.Battery life - Ok. It does one thing excellence! Runs for a surprisingly long time between charges. The indicator gives ample notification of status. If it goes dead in the middle of use, it's definitely your fault since it's probably been low for the last couple uses. I've seen some expensive models brag about their quick charge capability. I guess this is important if the battery life is very short. This product does not have this issue. It doesn't charge quickly, but I don't think it needs to be breaking speed records.Cleaning - I don't think it's any different than any similar device. Comes with a small cleaning brush and oil. I found it easy to clean.I think this product would do better for head hair cutting or arm pit shaving where broad strokes are more common. Again, it does an average job in all cutting/trimming areas, but at this price I'm not complaining. When I finally buy a good Braun or Phillips, I know what to look for! It's a good product for a "lockdown" appearance or run-around-town look, but it can't deliver a "look my best" appearance for business meetings with clients. It's all about what you expect at this price.

Good for daily use
I bought it to have crisp sharp lines for jawline. But it's not as good as professional trimmer. Overall a good trimmer with wide range of attachments. For daily use, it's nice one to purchase if you ignore that one factor mentioned above.

Broken on Day 1
The mechanism to swap heads is so poorly designed that if you manage to get one locked in, keep it on for as long as possible as there's no guarantee it will ever work again. Serves me right for trying to use the nose trimmer attachment - I flew too close to the sun. Waste of 50 bucks

After one week I purchased, the rate came down 1500 rupees. Performance wise we can give 3 stars. My strong advice is , please look for any other product in this rate range.
