Not terribly stiff but does the job. After attacking my most frequently worn Stetson, realized a mere brushing wasn’t going to cut it, so took the hat to the cleaners. This isn’t going to produce any miracles but it seems serviceable. Glad to find a brush from natural materials not made in China. I don’t trust businesses under that government to have the same notions of quality control and truth in advertising as we have in the West.

This hat brush is easy to use and is a solid, sturdy brush. Watch the videos on how to properly brush a hat, I did, to learn how to use this brush. It cleans off lint, dust, and dirt. Highly recommend.
