Great Coco peat!
This stuff s absolutely fantastic for seedling and propagation. I haven't had much success with succulents (yet) but my regular house plants are loving it! For the price you can't get much better. This was my first time trying Coco peat and I am glad to not be disappointed

Beware of seller Coir Plus Inc-
Beware of this seller . my first shipment was the product as listed-- a finely textured coco peat perfect for seedlings. The second shipment came in unlabeled bags and was a coarse textured product consisting of coconut shards between 1/2 and 2 inches long. These shards are not usable for seedlings and are not the product I ordered. I would not buy this product again .

Had to transplant into reused crap soil to keep the plant alive.

LOVE IT!
My plants are super happy and beautiful. Did not have to germinate outside of pot just threw seeds in. Perfect stability and aeration.Will never grow in dirt again!!
