Awesome product just use speedo type underwear as they recommend!
I’ve used this product For 10 years or more since prostrate surgery making me to pee standing or coughing. The most important thing is to use underwear bikini type to hold pad in place with the strong adhesive supplied. Only a very few times have these failed me but my fault for not changing or checking them . My penis stays in place because of the shape of underwear. A great product. With out these I’d have to wear adult briefs /diapers , so hot and wasted use … 99.9 rating. Nico Godson Canada

Don't mess with success!
Great product but it appears to be discontinued for the moment. A least it is currently unavailable. The replacement Depends products are not as good. Don't mess with success. The company had got it right with this product but seems to be looking for ways to increase profits, decrease product quality. I don't mind if they want to introduce new products but this product you can't find anywhere. My question is why not?

Excellent product
This is the second time I buy this product for my father. He has been struggling with incontinency following a surgery, but this product helped him get back to his normal life. It doesn't leak even when sitting with the pad on, let alone when walking or during daily activities. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs it.
