Perfect stool for any workspace. Gives you freedom of movement
I use this at my crafting table and many times extend it all the way up to make reach my work area. This gives me freedom to move my arms and hands and move around. Nice quality for the price. Seems sturdy

Excellent saddle stool, especially for the price
Love this chair! So much more comfortable than my traditional desk chair. The padding is quite thin and soft, so it took a few days for my tailbones to get used to it - I had some discomfort at first, but that has passed and now I find the chair very comfortable. My seated posture is much better than before and my hips feel great. FWIW, I have a sit/stand desk and alternate an hour or so sitting with a couple hours standing. My only qualm is that a noticeable amount of dye from my jeans has transferred to the chair, but that's a reflection of my pants more than the chair itself, and it doesn't bother me. Would definitely purchase this chair again.

Not high enough for any salon use
This chair is easy to assemble and comfy but it doesn’t reach the height needed as a stylist to do anything other than maybe perform a haircut on medium or long hair.

It does indeed keep me from slouching - gotta be a great thing for the long haul!
The stool is a good buy, and it is sturdy and easily swivelable. Using it at my computer, and I love how I can more readily get on it and my legs under the desk - and that I can shove it under the desk out of the way if I want to. I'm not missing a chair back. It does take getting used to as one's hips adjust, and as with riding in a saddle on an equine, there's discomfort at first while waiting for that other adjustment, plus just waiting for my muscles, from better posture, to 'come around'. The seat isn't -hard- like a leather saddle, but it does press... but I got a yard of 'sherpa fleece' fabric and folded it up, and sitting on that makes it much more comfortable. I could tell from the get-go that this -is- the way I need to be sitting!

Not very comfortable
I bought this because I saw something where it said this could help with hip pain. It didn't. I am not blaming the chair, some people might be just fine with it. It's my damn hip. lol

Great product for the price
Im 5' 9" 265lb and suffer from multiple sclerosis an have trouble standing to cook and do dishes or other stuff around the house so I got this stool for assistance and works well since I can just sit and roll around to get stuff done. My house has hard surface floors. Super simple for me to assemble too.

Nice surprise
This chair was so easy to assemble, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and comfortable it it. I was a little worried since it doesn't have a back, but I didn't feel the least bit insecure or wobbly while sitting on it.
