Converting side sleeping
I’ve slowly begun to sleep a little longer each night using this. It’s only about an hour or so of laying there before I drift off but as a side sleeper, I spend all night tossing and turning to get a different position, and I wake up each time. I know sleeping on your back is really better for you, even outside of the posture correction this pillow brings.Im not sure this is worth the high price given it’s really just a simple pillow, but the theory is correct. It’s a small price to pay for better sleep that’s for sure.I heard about this from Dr Mercolas podcast interview with the maker of it. I’ve been using about a month now and it hasn’t lost its shape at all.So far I still have my old reliable favorite pillow as a backup for switching to my side in the middle of the night. However, once is start off on my side I remember I need to use this and it feels like I’m missing something if I don’t practice back sleeping every night.

Don’t do it :(
So expensive and awful material. It says profesional dry cleaning only..... and it doesn’t work. After the first wash the pillow smells awful.... get the pillow if you are never going to wash it.... other wise don’t get it.....

Hard pillow after a few hours
I waited 30 days to do a review. I’ve ordered several different types of neck rolls to place in front of a pillow for neck support. They were all too thick or hard. This pillow concept is good, however the quality of feathers is disappointing. Once you get it fluffed and in place it quickly becomes hard like a wheel chock. I had three blissful nights of sleep. The rest were different forms of sore neck or tight neck tendons. I did have a dull headache six times or more. I believe the concept is good except it needs a higher quality feather content.

Hoping to learn to sleep on my back as my lower back gets so stiff.
Been useing it wrong for almost a month. Checked out video and I was useing it flat . Teaching me how to sleep on my back. Will try to use it the right way and maybe send it back and get a down pillow instead lots cheaper

Don’t do it
Don’t do it! So expensive and material it’s made from starts to smell after a while. It’s really a gross odor.

Sounded good in theory
I am guessing this pillow is super helpful to some as the theory is sound. For me, it hurt me. The reason I think ...............my posture issue while sitting is slouching. BUT then I curve my neck up to the computer monitor. My neck is curved through much most of the day. So this just adds to the problemHowever. if you have your chin tucked looking at the phone all day then you may need more curve. Either way sleep on your back is better. Three stars because I feel this should be in the description. Not everyone needs more neck curve (research "Gokhale Method" for counter argument)

An honest but disappointing experience
Sadly I am not using my neck nest. It does not contain enough filling to fulfil the purpose of the pillow ... it’s too bad I wasted by more than $300
