The set comes with a sunglasses to protect your eyes from the light, which is really nice. It also includes a razor. You must shave before using it. I would like to recommend this laser hair removal to everyone cuz laser is the only way to let your unwanted hair never grow again. I’ve done laser hair removal treatments in the beauty salon for several times. It did work well but it is way beyond expensive. This product is an ideal alternative product for the treatment and I will keep going to use it. It is easy to follow the instruction but you have to read it and follow it . The treatment is mild and does not hurt. I suggest applying aloe gel to the skin after the treatment. Overall, I like this product and will recommend it.

Ok. So I was hesitant to rate this product a 4 or 5 star review, so as many of you have noted the instructions suck. I too was three seconds away from just cuting my loses and returning this product. The instructions are awful and vague at best and totally warranted a reduction of a star for it, and as a first time user I did not feel comfortable using a product labeled as "laser" without proper instructions, it just didnt feel safe. So I googled it, you tubed it and read reviews and reread the description in hopes of finding adequate usage. Did i find it? No. However, I did get a little more comfortable with the product and decided to give it a try. I was nervous to say the least, again "laser" and was very cautious and ended up turning off the machine at least 3 times because I was scared of doing something wrong and burning my skin.When I finally got it to work,( one of the people on you tube was doing it wrong -__-) it startled me and I jumped. But It made me comfortable knowing that it at least did not hurt at all.Okay So firstly, Plug in the cord to the machine, then the machine to the wall.Wear the glasses.Push and hold the last button on the bottom to turn on the machine and you will beguin to hear the fan on.Click the top button to set the cooling level which it has 3, the directions say the darker your skin the lower the level. (To me this didnt make sense, why would I want a low coolant when I would want it a high level to prevent any discomfort? Its up to you guys to decide but I followed the directions and started off with the first level on the cool setting, because Im Hispanic and I tan in the sun.Next, you want to choose the level of strength of the laser, there are eight, directions say to start with 1 and go up each session depending on the level that your comfortable with. (So I started with one, because again "laser". You choose the strength setting by clicking the middle button. The screen will show these bars and everytime you click the middle button the bars increase until there are 8, once youve reached 8 and you click the middle button again, the bars will begin to decrease until you get back to one. Sounds complicated but its not, try to screen shot these instructions and follow them with the machine.)Once you've set the strength, hold and click the middle button and you will see an orange dot next to the blue dot(or is it green?), which signals its ready.Place the laser directly on the skin and within 3 -5 seconds you will see a flash. Move the laser to the next spot and continue until you've done the entire area.When you are done, press and hold the bottom button and disconnect. (Its better to be safe than sorry).Ok so a few things that Id like to point out is that when your putting the laser on your skin and moving it to a different spot, sometimes you will inadvertently push one of the buttons. This will stop the laser from flashing ( which is a good thing because I kept accidently pushing the button to increase the strength of the laser) and youll have to retart it by pushing and holding the middle button again. This could be improved by the manufacturer, because its kind of a pain trying to hold the handle without touching or putting pressure on the buttons.Two, if you check the tip of the machine, only half the space is the actual laser the other half is the coolant, its hard to know which part lasered my skin and which part I still need to go over. Be that as it may this product has been a great investment if it works. I have only used it once, but I thought I would help others intending to use or buy this product with slightly better directions. I skipped the part where you need to shave beforehand because I think thats pretty obvious as all laser hair removal machines require this. Clean your skin,and dry it. Remember not to treat areas with dark marks or tattoos. I don't tend to review because its just so time consuming, but it was so stressful for me getting this thing working that I thought Id save others the stress. I believe that if the seller provided clearer instruction he or she or they would have less 1 star reviews as I would probably have left one too If I hadnt figured it out on my own. This product however deserves a 5 star because it looks and feels like its very good quality, it works the way its supposed to. The amount of flashes that is advertised says 400k which is generous,signifying that it will last you years (depending on its usage). Mine came with a little over 500k. All hail more flashes. The product is great so far I will update my review with the outcome within a month I think thats an ample amount of time for this machine to show considerable improvement on the thickness of my hair. The hair removal device was received. It took a while to evaluate it. I always have super black hair on my leg and this is my fist IPL device. While it takes a while for me to do the test. I feel little to no pain when using it and could see great results. It can give you noticeable hair reduction very quickly. , I can safely say that at least a quarter of the hair is gone and there are large patches of smoother hair free skin. Will keep using it!

They claim 400,000 flashes. When I turned mine on it only had a little more than 500,000 flashes! The glasses are sturdy enough so they shouldn't break for the life of the device. The laser really doesn't hurt, I use the cooling on high. The laser I put on level 8. Once in a while you might get a hot flash. Only it just lasts for a second. 99% of the time it's pain free! So far I only used the device yesterday. I normally have to shave daily but there's really not enough hair there to have to shave today. So not bothering. I will update as the process advances.

I was using another brand which is much more expensive than this. I can say that this is much better so far. I was hesitating because of the price, but then I gave it a try. I made a little experiment if it would work, and yes it is. ( I am using for 3 weeks)Positive parts:1) No battery problem, so you don't need to worry about if you charged last time or not (the ex-machine that I used was very problematic after a few years about the battery)2) It is not 400,000 shot, actually even more than 500,000. (It started with for hundred thousand sth, then it reset by itself while using it, and it became 500,000. It counts one by one. So for now, it is good)3) Glasses are working, not that much dark, so you can see around.4) Fast option and cooling part are really helpful (my previous expensive machine did not have these.)Negative parts: (I will not decrease the number of stars because of these, they are totally ignorable)1) The cable could be longer.2) If you used at the highest level, it is a bit noisy and getting hot.3) There could be different tip pieces for smaller areas.Overall, I am happy that I trusted 29 reviewers who bought before me and gave 5 stars. This is affordable, and it is working. (If I experience any negative things, I will edit this msg. If I don't, it means I am still happy with my product.:))

I know about this product because I heard my friend talk about it, and decide to buy it as a gift for my wife. At first, I was not quite sure if this really had such great use. I decided to give it a try, and I bought it. When I received this product, I found that its packaging was super good to hold the device safe. When I opened the box, I found out that the product was designed very well also. I carefully read the user's manual before I started. I shaved the armpit and apply the laser around 10 minutes. After a week, I did another treatment, and the hair didnt grow back at all. It also didnt irritate my skinn which was what I was looking for the most and I am so glad that I chose this versus the other one I had in mind. Would recogmmend to my friend and family for sure.
