Overall, glad I bought them!
One of the better pairs I've owned! Overall I am very satisfied - for the price, this is a killer pair of grab-n-go buds to keep hanging around the neck!Pros=- It's got exactly enough battery to last for a day if I play medium volume all day (about 8-10 hours)- the audio quality is amazing, for my taste -- and low(ish) latency is a plus!- USB-C- the swiveling shirt clip helps to keep strain off the cable!- didn't die after 1 year of use like every other pair I've hadCons=- biggest gripe by far= doesn't report battery levels on power up; you have to check your phone's bluetooth menu to find the charge level. Has definitely led to a few times where I've left the house with dead buds.- battery life does the job, but could be a bit better. (at least it charges quick!)- can only connect to 1 device at a time- long press takes like 3 seconds to activate, making it super annoying to fast forward through podcasts. I typically just reach for my phone to avoid waiting

Great Customer Service
I bought the Soundpeats Q30 HD+ Bluetooth headphones for replacing my worn-out earbuds I use for listening to my TV. However, when trying to pair it to my 15 year old TV, I kept getting the error, "Device cannot be added. Please try others." I found that my old worn-out odds and ends listening devices still easily paired. It is important to note that the Soundpeats easily paired with my cell phone, PC’s and music devices though but repeatedly would not pair to the TV.I then contacted Soundpeats customer service to see if they had a solution for this. They responded very professionally and kind to the details of what I had already tried to do in about a day or so but in the end, they did not have a solution. However, out of the blue sent me a partial refund! In all my years I have never had something like this happen. That is more than 5 stars in my book, that is REMARKABLE! The Q30 headphones may not work for my TV but I now have a backup for my other listening devices, that I ended up getting a discount for.

No back tracking feature! Bah!
I bought these to replace an earlier model I had purchased in 2023. I'm not an audiophile, and I only use these at the gym, so I don't really notice nuances in sound. I just want something that will drown out the horrible gym music and the other gym denizens.I wasn't a fan of the rubber tips, so I replaced them with foam tips by a company called Comply, just like I did with the earlier model. They stay in place like a dream and are quite comfortable. My only real "beef" with these earbuds -- and the reason for taking off one star -- is that they do not allow for back tracking. By pressing the "-" button, I am only taken to the beginning of the current track, not to any that preceded it. This is incredibly aggravating. Yes, I have my phone handy so that I can do it that way, but that's not the point. The older version of these earbuds allowed for back tracking. I'm dumfounded as to why that feature is lacking in this model.

Great customer support and honors warranty
I had a pair that was a bit wonky. I had a pair of these years prior which was rather robust and had good quality audio. This pair came in rather faulty but I opened a support ticket, which was answered promptly and they sent me a new pair which is in great condition with comfortable fit and solid sound quality. Would order again, thanks Soundpeats.

Rock solid and sound great.
3rd or 4th pair now. I like the updates with Type C charging now with better sound. These are the best for the price hands down. Battery life is really good and handle activities like golf and jogging really well.

Not worth buying
Update: Company offered a replacement which I got promptly once I understood how to reply. Two stars for effort. It has good sound quality and the magnetic closure is nice. If it still works after a couple of recharges I will update again, but one out of three working is pretty bad quality control.Zero stars would be accurate. I bought these because of good sound quality reviews. Twice. The first time it quit after about 20-30 hours of use. The instructions warn you against recharging at too high a rate, and I thought the fault was a recharge. The second time it quit after about 20-30 hours of use again. No overcharging this time. Before it quit it had a very difficult time connecting multiple times (other brands had no difficulty in same setting). What a waste of money!

Disappointed with most of it. :(
Cons: Sound quality was tinny and hallow. The cord was too short for my liking. Shorter than others I’ve tried. Battery only lasted a little over half as long as advertised. Would not even last through a work day for me. The ear piece was uncomfortable for me even after changing to the smallest option and they did not stay in as well. Volume would not go as load as I would have liked or was used to.Pros: I was told sound on the mic was pretty clean on my calls. Better than others I’ve used. Came with a nice storage case. Controls are easy to use.

The App isn't total crap. The headphones work good with the App. (Edited)
I paired with the iOS app no problem...It only worked until I charged them and then it stopped connecting to the app. When the app was working it was nice.Without the app, the headphones are meh. If you're looking for something that works with an app for changing the equalization of the sound, this isn't what you want.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edited ~~~~~~~~Originally I gave their produce 1 star.Ok, so they contacted me.I will say good on them for being proactive. That is worth another star. The message they sent explained that changing the name of the headphones in the Bluetooth menu messes up the App and it won't work right. That makes the app usable and the headphones due what I was expecting them to do.Why only 4 stars? That's because I can't rename the earbuds. If I were to get another pair, which I might now, How will I tell them apart if I need to manually go into Bluetooth device list, that seems to me to be bad design.
